Aphyni DV-600P 2×2 LED Flat Panel Light

Safety Instruction

Basic safety precautions should always be followed when installing, including the following:

1. Read instructions carefully before installing.
2. This LED Panel requires professional installation and maintenance.
3. Ensure the product has enough space for heat dissipation.
4. Ensure the luminaries are never covered by any heat insulation mat or slim layer material at anytime.
5. IP40 for indoor use only, not for damp location; IP54 for indoor damp location.
6. Ambient Temperature: -10°C to+ 45°C, Avoid direct sunlight.
7. Storage Conditions: Cool & dry conditions.

Installation Procedure

WARNING:

1. Switch off before installation.
2. Switch on only after complete installation and examination of the circuit.

Turn Off Power Supply

CAUTION

1. Make sure that the mounting surface or parts used for installation can support the weight of LED Panel.

2. Input wire diameter ≥0.75mm2 ;

3. Product modification and improper installation are not valid for warranty!

4. Remove the knock-down hole on box by screwdriver (Part A), Remove screw and take out the driver cover (Part B)
   

5. Connect the wires as the picture showing.
   The 3 wires of the panel light have 3 different colors, corresponding to the following different wires: ① Panel light’s 「 black wire 」to 「live wire」in your home. ②「white wire」to the 「neutral wire」 ③「green wire」 to the 「ground wire」.
   Tip : The junction box has a ground terminal. You can also connect the ground wire directly to the junction box housing.
   

6. Cover the driver box and tighten it with a screwdriver, finish connection.
   

Recessed

1. Remove the ceiling plaster slab.
   

2. Feed the main AC wire in driver terminal block respectively, connect the panel light and driver.

3. Fix the panel light into plaster ceiling.
   

4. Make sure the led panel light is firmly fixed, turn on the power.
   

Recessed Mounting(Clips)

Clips should be purchased separately as an accessory

Suspended

1. Fix the anchor into target place on the ceiling.
   

2. Fix the installation mount on the ceiling with plastic anchor.
   

3. Hang the panel to ceiling with suspended installation kits, adjust the length of steel wires.
   

4. Feed the main AC wire in driver terminal block respectively turn on the power.
   

Note : Suspension kits are not included in the package and need to be purchased separately.

Surface Mounted

1. Assemble the surface mounted frame and fix by screws.
   

2. knock the plastic anchor into ceiling, fix the surface mounted frame on the ceiling by screws.
   

3. Unscrew the side frame then take out, connect the panel light to power supply, insert the panel light into the frame.
   

4. Fix the side frame back by screw.
   

5. Make sure the frame and panel light are firmly fixed, turn on the power.
   

Note : Surface Mount kits are not included in the package and need to be purchased separately.

Q & A (Important)

• How to change the color temperature?
  Q : I can’t find a toggle on the light, how can I select color temperature from 3000/4000/5000k?
  A : You can change color temperature by flicking the wall switch on and off within 5s.

• How to keep all the lights in same color?
  Q : How to get multiple lights back in sync if one light is out of sync with the others?
  A : If one of the lights is out of sync with the others, you can reset the color of all the lights to the same color by turning the wall switch on and off 3 times in a row within 1 second.

• How to remember the color?
  Q : How to make the light remember the last color temperature when I turn it on again?
  A : Turn on the light more than 8 seconds after turning off the light to reproduce the last color temperature.
  (If you turn off the light and turn it on again within 8 seconds, the color temperature will change)
