Instruction of Disassemble and Reassemble Clock Parts
Q1: Pointers are loose or hands do not run?
A1: Follow Pointers Reinstallation
Q2: Clock does not work?
A2: First please check that is the battery out of energy, or put it in wrong direction? →Follow Battery Installation Then try to adjust the mechanism, which is misaligned or loose during the transportation. →Follow the steps of Mechanism Replacement
Q3: Gear does not rotate?
A3: Please try to adjust the gears→Follow the steps of Gears Reinstallation
Q4: Gears have annoying sound?
A4: Gears pitched squeaking noise, probably a gear has misaligned slightly, so gently move the gears with your hands clockwise and counterclockwise. And if it is still not working, please try to reinstall the gears part.→Follow the steps of Gears Reinstallation
Pointers Reinstallation:
Step 1. Remove batteries first.
Step 2. Take the Central Nut Cap out and clock hands one by one.
Step 3. Reinstall the hour hand first and then the minute hand.
→ Keep them parallel to prevent mutual touch and friction.
→ If hands are bent, don’t worry, they are soft enough to be bent back.
→Also there is another gold pair in the package to replace it.
Step 4. Align the Cap nut with the center and Turn it back on.
Battery Installation

Step 1. Open two battery compartments on the clock back. Use Carbon batteries,
please
Step 2. Adjust the time by turning the wheel on the movement.
Insert 1x AA battery into first compartment, for time working.
(insert”+”positive pole first)
Step 3. Put 2xAA batteries into the next compartment for gears
moving.
(Please follow the right direction in the box.)
Gears Noise Issues & Gears Reinstallation:
Gears pitched squeaking noise, probably a gear has misaligned slightly, so
gently move the gears with your hands clockwise and counterclockwise.
And if it is still not working, please try to reinstall the gears part.
Step 1. Remove batteries.
Step 2. Take out pointers first (Follow pointers installation), then other
components.
Step 3. Now take gears out, then put it back.
→ Probably a gear has misaligned slightly, so gently move the gears with your
hands clockwise and counterclockwise, or you can use some spray oil on the
middle support shaft.
Step 4. Reinstall them one by one. First the gears, components and pointers at last.
Step 5. Align the Cap nut with the center and Turn it back on.
Step 6. Put the batteries back in and check if the clock works.
Mechanism Replacement

Step 1. Remove batteries first.
Step 2. Disassemble the clock hands and gears.(Follow these two above
procedures) →then you can remove the time compartment②
Step 3. if the mechanism is damaged, just change it
Step 4. Reinstall the gears and hands part.(Follow these two above procedures)
Step 5.Insert batteries, and clock should go fine.
The Whole Reinstallment Method is as following:
Step 1: Put the new metal slim on the mechanism box (have to replace the metal
slim to make sure the metal slim
is flat, not distorted or bended)
Step 2: put the copper sleeve (the original one can be used)
Step 3: Put the gears back
Step 4: put the screw nut back
Step 5: install the short hour hand
Step 6: install the long minute hand
Step 7: put the screw cap
Step 8: Put batteries in the box, and check if the hands work normally.
Step 9: After all things are OK, then assemble the clock.
