First Steps
Charging
Fully charge the product before using it for the first time. Connect the plug of the supplied cable to the USB-C charging port of the charging cradle. Connect the other side of the cable to a suitable charger. Always pay attention to the voltage and power specifications of your device. Wait until the product is fully charged before continuing. Disconnect the cable when charging is complete to conserve battery life.
Charging the charging cradle
- While the charging cradle is being charged using the USB cable, its LED status indicator flashes red. As soon as the box’s battery is fully charged, the LED light stays on.
Charging the headphones
- The headphones automatically switch to charging mode as soon as you put them back in the charging cradle, the charging cradle’s LED status indicator turns blue.

Earphones LED effect

Bluetooth connection
- Open the charging cradle. Go to the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone and search for “4smarts GameBuds” to pair the devices together.
General headphone controls
- Power on / power off
- Once paired with your smartphone, the headphones automatically turn on and off when you open the charging cradle or put the earpiece back to the charging cradle. They turn off after 3 minutes without Bluetooth connection.
- Play/Pause
- While listening to music, touch the touch area twice to pause or resume playback.
- Forward/Reverse
- To skip forward a track, triple-tap the touch area on the right earpiece. Tap left three times to skip to the previous track.
- Volume control:
- Short tap the right touch area of your earphone to increase the volume, and short tap the left earphone side to decrease the volume. Repeat this process until the desired volume is reached.
- Answer/end calls:
- Tap the touch area twice to answer an incoming call. Tap twice again to end the call.
- Voice assistants:
- Hold the left touch area for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant of your smartphone.
- Game/Music Mode:
- Hold the right touch area for 2 seconds to start gaming mode. Hold the right touch area for 2 seconds to return to music mode.

Trouble Shooting
The connection does not work
Make sure that the product:
- Is fully charged.
- Is within range of the device.
- Is not already connected to other devices (deactivate Bluetooth on other devices if necessary).
Make sure that your device
- Is compatible with the Bluetooth version specified in the technical specifications.
- Has an active Bluetooth connection and is in pairing mode.
- Does not have any other active device connections.
Depending on the device and its software, the initial connection may take longer. Wait up to one minute, or try again in an environment with less or minimal radio traffic, if necessary.
The communication is not clear
- Try again in a wind and reverberation-free environment.
- Try connecting to another terminal.
- Make a call on another phone.
- If necessary, try again in an environment with less or minimal radio traffic.
Restore factory settings
- If headphone is not connected to the Bluetooth device, click the touch area of both sides 5 times to clear the previous pairing information and turn off the device.
