Product Usage Instructions

Remove Meter Bezel (outer clear cover)
Rotate the clear cover in an anticlockwise direction to remove it from the meter base.

Remove Meter Cover (Inner grey cover)

1. Press in the meter base clip using a flathead screwdriver in the order of 123.
2. The clips of the meter base will be separated from the meter cover hole, allowing the grey cover to be removed.

Remove Wire Connector

1. Remove the wire connector on the motherboard indicated by the red arrow.

Antenna Holder Module & Meter Cover

1. Insert the antenna holder module into the meter cover.
2. Align the five positioning features on the antenna holder with the corresponding holes on the meter cover.

PCB Holder Module & Meter Cover Assembly-1

1. Insert the holder module structures (indicated by the yellow circle) into the meter cover holes (indicated by the red circle).

PCB Holder Module & Meter Cover Assembly-2

1. Press the motherboard of the holder to the meter motherboard indicated by the red arrow.
2. Lock the holder module in place using the meter clips indicated by the red circle.

Wifi Cable Routing & Assembly

1. Insert the Wifi cable (blue) into the holder clip indicated by the red circle.
2. Connect the cable to the item5 MMCX connector indicated by the yellow arrow.
3. Route the cable as shown in the diagram.

Spacer Support & PCBA Assembly

1. Insert the spacer support into the PCBA hole indicated by the red circle.

KYZ Board & PCBA Assembly

1. Insert and press the KYZ board into the spacer support indicated by the red circle.
2. Connect the KYZ board’s 26 pin connector to the 26 pin header on the motherboard.

Reassemble Meter Cables

1. Insert the meter cables into the meter motherboard’s connector.
2. Insert the Meter base wire (NO.1) into the motherboard connector (item1).

Reassemble Meter Cover to Meter Base

1. Cover the inner grey cover on the meter base, aligning the meter base clips with the meter cover holes.
2. Press the inner meter cover to the meter base.

Reassemble Meter Bezel to Meter Base

1. Place the outer clear cover on the meter base.
2. Rotate the outer clear cover in a clockwise direction to reassemble the meter bezel.

Q: How do I remove the meter bezel?
A: To remove the meter bezel, rotate the clear cover in an anticlockwise direction.

Q: How do I remove the meter cover?
A: To remove the meter cover, press in the meter base clip in the order of 123, and then separate the clips from the meter cover hole.

Q: How do I remove the wire connector?
A: To remove the wire connector, locate the red arrow on the motherboard and disconnect the wire connector from it.

Remove Meter Bezel

(outer clear cover)

Remove outer clear cover from meter base, rotate the clear cover to ward anticlockwise direction (as the below yellow arrow shown)

(Inner grey cover)

1. Remove the inner grey cover from meter base, press in the meter base clip by tool (in the order 1→2→3)
2. The clips of the meter base will be separated from the meter cover hole and the grey cover can be removed.

Remove Wire connector

Remove wire connector on motherboard (Red arrow)

Antenna Holder Module & Meter cover

1. Put the antenna holder module insert to meter cover

Assembly

PCB Holder module & Meter cover assembly-1

1. Holder module structures (Yellow circle) insert to meter cover holes (Red circle).

PCB Holder module & Meter cover assembly-2

1. Press the motherboard of holder to meter motherboard (Red arrow)
2. Lock the holder module by meter clips.(Red circle)

Wifi cable routing & assembly

1. Wifi cable(Blue) into the holder clip(Red circle),and cable insert the item5 MMCX connector(Yellow arrow) cable routing as below.

Spacer support & PCBA assembly

1. The spacer support insert to PCBA on th hole.(Red circle)

KYZ Board & PCBA assembly

1. The KYZ board insert and press to spacer support. (Red circle)
2. KYZ board 26 pin connector insert to 26 pin header

Reassemble Meter cables

1. Reassemble meter cables, insert the cable into meter motherboard’s connector
2. Meter base wire(NO.1) insert to motherboard connector (itme1)

Reassemble Meter Cover to Meter Base

Reassemble Meter’s inner grey cover to Meter Base：

1. Cover the inner grey cover on meter base and meter base clips align with meter cover holes
2. Press inner meter cover to meter base

Reassemble Meter Bezel to Meter Base

Reassemble meter bezel on meter base, put the outer clear cover on meter and rotate it toward clockwise direction (as the below yellow arrow shown)
