My Bluetooth headphone is connected but there is no audio output
Ensure that your audio source (TV/PC/MP3) is properly connected to the transmitter audio input interface. Check whether the audio input is correctly selected on the transmitter (AUX/OPT). If AUX is selected, make sure your audio source is connected to the AUX input. OPT is the same. Make sure the volume of TV/PC/MP3 are properly, and adjust the volume of your headphone/speaker.
Unable to pair and connect the transmitter to my Bluetooth device
The transmitter can only pair with a Bluetooth receiving device, such as a Bluetooth headphone, speaker or receiver. And please ensure all devices are in pairing mode at the same time and are within 1 meter (3 feet).
The sound quality is poor and/or the audio is cutting out
Ensure the distance between the transmitter and speaker is within 10meters. Bluetooth devices are susceptible to interference from other Bluetooth devices, cordless phones, routers, microwave ovens, and wireless devices operating on the 2.4GHz band. Avoid potential sources of interference as many as possible.
There is a delay (latency)
Bluetooth is a digital wireless signal and there is some latency expected due to range coding/decoding and compression/decompression steps that must occur. This transmitter support aptX and aptX Low Latency audio codecs, it's lower latency and smaller delay compared to regular Bluetooth audio. Use the transmitter with a headphone that supports aptX and aptX Low Latency too, it will minimize audio lag.
