Product Usage Instructions

Spin Dry Quick Start

  1. Touch the power key to turn on the machine.
  2. Hold down the water level key to enter into the spin-only program and start the machine.

Water Level / Powder Level

Put in the correct powder level according to the selected water level and the preferred cleanliness of clothes. Refer to the indicator diagram for the appropriate washing dose.

Information Window

  1. Press the power key to view the standard program (set at 01).
  2. Select your program code and the required wash/spin time shown in the alternate display.
  3. Select the required water level by pressing the water level key and entering the correct code shown on the control panel.
  4. If the operation is incorrect, the display will show the wrong information.
  5. If “E2” is displayed on the screen, it means the cover has not been closed properly.

Delay Start

  1. First, press the power key to turn on the machine.
  2. Hold down the Program/delay start key to enter into the delay start setting.
  3. Press the button again to increase the delay start time by 1 hour.
  4. Repeat until the desired time is displayed (maximum delay start is 24 hours).
  5. Once you have selected your time, press the Start key.
  6. The indicator light will flash in the lower right corner to indicate the setting time, and then the machine will start working.

Child Lock

To activate the child lock feature, please refer to the user manual for specific instructions.

Water Level Selection

  1. Press the Water level key to enter the program selection status.
  2. Press again and repeat to increase the selected water level as required.
  3. The water level ranges from 1L to 8L.
  4. Select a suitable water level according to the quantity of clothes.

Program Selection

To select a program, press the program key. Each program is represented by a number:

  • 01 = Standard
  • 02 = Soft
  • 03 = Quick wash
  • 04 = Heavy duty
  • 05 = Soak wash
  • 06 = Wash only
  • 07 = Spin only
  • 08 = Tub clean
  • 09 = Tub air dry
  • 10 = Water recycle

Start/Pause

After plugging in the washing machine and turning on the power, press the Start/Pause key to start the program. Press it again during operation to pause or change the program.

Power On/Off

To turn on the machine, press the power button. Press it again to turn off the machine. If the machine detects any abnormal behavior, it will automatically turn itself off for safety reasons. If the machine is idle for 10 minutes, it will automatically switch off to conserve electricity. To turn the machine back on, use the power button and select your program.

If you wish to delay the washing machine’s progress for any reason, simply push the Start/Pause button again. Pushing the button again will resume the process. If this does not work, restart the machine by pushing the power button. The internal memory will continue its process automatically.

Alarm and Standby

After an alarm has sounded due to improper activity, the machine will automatically switch off after 1 hour. If the machine is on standby for 10 minutes or longer during operation, it will also automatically switch off.

Remark

  • If you wish to delay the washing machine’s progress for any reason all you need to do is push the start/pause button again.
  • Pushing the button again will begin the process; if this does not work, restart the machine by pushing the power button, and the internal memory will continue its process automatically.
  • After an Alarm has sounded due to improper activity, the machine will automatically switch off after 1 hour.
  • If the machine is on standby for 10 minutes or longer in operation, the machine will automatically switch off.
  • The machine was tested before leaving the factory. It’s normal if there is some water, please feel easy yo use.

Reminder

  1. Each machine is tested for water intake and drainage during production. Therefore, there may be water residues or traces of water inside the washing tub, which is a normal phenomenon.Qhou-KRIB-XQB201A-GREY6-FullAutomatic-Washing-Machine-fig-3
  2. Please remove the bottom foam before using the new machine! The plastic bracket only keeps the washing machine safe when shipped, the user can remove it or keep it.

Common faults

Error Digital Display Information Error Reason How to fix

E1 – Water Inlet Fault

| Incoming water has taken over 20 minutes to reach the water level.

The Inlet Valve is blocked or obstructed.

The Water supply is cut off or the stopcock is open.

| Check the reason for the low water pressure, and open and close the cover 1 time to restart the operation. Remove the blockage from the inlet valve, once done open and close the cover 1 time to restart the operation.

Turn on the water supply or stopcock, once done open and close the cover 1 time to restart the operation.

E2 – Drainage Fault

|

Water drainage has taken over 5 minutes. Drain valve blocked, damaged, or faulty. The drain pipe is damaged.

| Reposition the drain pipe for smoother water drainage, once done open and close the cover 1 time to restart operation.

Remove the blockage from the drain valve, once done open and close the cover 1 time to restart operation.

E3- Top Cover Fault| The cover is open during use.| Close the cover.

E4 – Spin Fault

|

Clothes are not level or balanced. The machine is standing at an incline.

| Reposition the clothes in the tub so they are balanced and level and close the cover.

Place the washing machine on a level surface, once done please open and close the cover.

E5 – Water recycle reminder

|

The water is going to drain the water, now you can place the drain pipe in the water tank to collect the gray/wastewater.

|

Place the drain pipe in the water tank, then open and close the top cover or press the “Start/Pause” key to drain the water.

E6 – Water Level Fault

| Water level sensor fault. Water Leakage.

Harness contact is loose.

The airway tube is loose.

| Unplug the machine, wait 10 seconds, and replug the machine. If the issue continues set the water level to normal and restart the machine.
E7 – Child Protection| The machine is Child locked but the cover has been opened.| Ensure that your child is at a safe distance from the machine and close the cover.

Remarks

If the a problem after using the above methods, please contact the maintenance dept and processional maintenance personnel, The customer can not assemble or disassemble it.
