Please, be aware that due to the memory foam filler the pillow may need up to 24 hours to retrieve its operation size and properties. To get the pillow work faster just follow next few steps:
- Unbox the product
- Unfold the product and lay it fl
- Make sure the room is warm with proper air
The cushion will adapt to your body within a few days. It may feel firm initially, but it will soften once it absorbs heat from your body.
How to Use
Place the cushion with the U-cut side towards the back of your chair.
How to Clean

Open the cushion bottom zipper.

Take the pad out of the cover.

Fold the pad to remove the cover more easily if there is any resistance

CAUTION
Never wash or dry the memory foam pad!
Use cold water only (30°) to wash the cover.
Dry the cover flat or hang it up
