When using the product, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of jury including the following:

• This product is shipped fully assembled. Before use verify that all the components are secure.
• Be cautious when opening/closing the product. Keep hands away from the folding mechanisms to prevent fingers from being trapped and pinched.
• Do not let children climb on or play with the product.
• Do not use the product as step stool.
• Do not use the product without the non-slip pads and rubber grippers.
• Always use the product on a firm, level ground.
• Keep the product away from windows.
• Do not use this product if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.
• Regularly examine the product for wear and tear. Stop using the product at first sign of damage or if parts become detached.

Intended Use

• This product is intended to be used by small to medium sized pets, which supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg).
• This product is intended to be used by pets to reach a couch, bed or chair.
• This product is intended for household use only.
• This product is intended to be used in dry indoor areas only.

Product Description

Before First Use

DANGER Risk of suffocation!
Keep any packaging materials away from children and pets- these materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.

• Remove all the packing materials.
• Remove and review all components before use.
• Check the product for transport damages.

Use

1. With one hand holding the stairs (A), pull the supporting leg (E) outward with the other hand until the side buttons (F) pop out and click (Fig. 1 ).
2. Clean and dry the product properly.
3. Peel the backing of the non-slip pads (B) off.
4. Stick the non-slip pads (B) onto each step of the stairs (A) (Fig. 2).
5. Peel the backing of the rubber grippers (C/D) off.
6. Stick the rubber gripper (C/D) onto the bottom of the stairs (A) and supporting leg (E) (Fig. 3).
7. Place the stairs (A) in the desired location.
   To help acclimate the pet to the 8 stairs, allow your pet to approach the stairs on its own. Take it one step at a time and reward with treats and praise.
   NOTICE
   To close the product, press both side buttons (F) and lift the stairs (A) slightly. Fold the supporting leg (E) properly (Fig. 4).

Cleaning and Storage

• To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Use mild detergent if needed.
• To remove pet hair from the step pads (B), brush with a rubber squeegee or sponge mop.
• Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive  scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
• Close the product for storage, such as storing under sofa or bed.

Disposal

Dispose of the product according to local regulations. If in doubt, consult your local authorities.
