Interface/Button Description
Power Button
  1. When the device is not in use, long press the power button for 3-5 seconds, and the equipment will be turned on and enter the start-up state2.
  2. When the equipment is in use, long press the power button for 5 seconds to shut down the equipment,
  3. When the device is in use, press the power button(1 second) to check the battery power,
  4. When the device is in use, press the power button twice(1 second) to view the mobile network signal strength

Type-C(Input| For plugging in the Type-C cable to charge the device
Reset Button| When the device is in use, press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds to restore to factory settings.
SIM Card Holder| The SIM card holder can be moved by inserting the attached card pin into the round hole of the SIM card holder.
Indicator| Description
---|---
WI-FILED Indicator| 1. If the green indicator is on, it indicates that the datanetwork communication is normal; 2. If the red indicator is on, it indicates that the data network communication is disconnected.
Battery LED Indicator| In normal use:1. If the green indicator is on for a long time, it indicates that the current remaining power is higher than 50%2. If the yellow indicator is on for a long time, it indicates that the current remaining power is between 20% and 50%3. If the red indicator is on for a long time, it indicates that the current remaining power is less than 20%When the device is charging, the battery light keeps in blue and the blue light turns off when it is fully charged.After the device is turned on and used, the battery indicator will turn off after 10 seconds
Network Sgnal LED ndcator| 1. If the green indicator is on for a long time, it indicates that mobile network signal is strong,2. If the yellow indicator is on for a long time, it indicates that mobile network signal is average,3. If the red indicator is on for a long time, it indicates that the mobile network signal is weak.*When the device is not successfully connected to the network, the network signal indicator not on and the Wi-Fi indicator is red. After the device is successfully connected to the network, the network signal indicator will turn off after 10 seconds, which is a normal. Moreover, the Wi- Fi signal indicator is always green at this time.

Local SIM:

  1. SKM0138 can support inserting local SIM card for use. The SIM card must be Nano SIM card (small card). If you need to insert/unplug the SIM card, please turn off the device first.

  2. The way to insert/extract SIM card is shown below. If you encounter any problem, please contact customer service

Installation Settings

How to use Cloud SIM service

  1. Download App

    Scan the QR code on the back of the packing box to download and install App.

  1. Create an account in the App
    Click to register

    Register your account according to the steps, you can use your email account to register (or use third party login)

  2. Bind the device

    Open App, Click [Device] > [Bind Device] >Scan the QR code on the back of the device to finish binding

  3. Purchase data plans

    Enter the mall and select the data plans you need to purchase (skip this step if you have already purchased the data plans)

  4. Tumn on the device
    >Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to start the device (if the device is in a new state but cannot be started, please charge the device before starting)

    If the device s on, it is recommended to tum off the device and then tur it on again. After the Wi-i indicator of the device s on, you can connect and use.

  6. Find the Wi-Fi name and password on the back of the device
    Open the wireless network search of your phone or laptop and connect

How to use the local SIM card

  1. Bind device

    Download the App, register an account on the App, and bind the device.(Please refer to steps 1 to 3 in the procedure of how to use cloud SIM services)

  2. Insert the SIM card into the device

    The device runs in cloud SIM mode by default,
    but it also supports local SIM card >Please insert and remove the SIM card when the device is off. As shown in the picture below, use the card pin to remove the card holder on the device, and then insert the SIM card (only support Nano SIM card)

  3. Connect Wi-Fi

    Find the Wi-Fi name and password on the back of the device >Open the wireless netwark search of your phone and connect

  4. Choose to use SIM card

    Open the App, click the [ ] icon on the [Device Management] page, select the [Network Switch] function, and select the [SIM] option
