*When installing the probe, the wire on the probe must be vertically upward.
** The water outlet should not be aligned with the probe.
*** If you unplug the power supply and still add water, it is siphoning. You
need to open a hole with a diameter of 1mm on the water pipe. After opening
the hole, water will flow out of the hole and flow back into the bucket when
the pump is running, This is normal. After the pump stops working, the small
holes will draw in air and destroy the siphon.
Set-up Directions
- Install the probe so that the water level is at the lower edge of the probe.
- Connect the probe, water pump, and power supply to the controller as shown on the left.
- Refer to the networking instructions on the back.
- Test (Optional): pump out the water, and then observe whether the system will automatically add water back.
Notice
If you quickly lower the water level or pick up the probe during the test, it
may be caused by residual water droplets on the probe, the probe will continue
to sense that the water level is normal, As long as the probe is cleaned, it
will return to normal.
Initialization
Because the system will calculate the appropriate amount of water according to
the size of the fish tank and generate the protection time, when the fish tank
is replaced, you must re-enter the system setting interface to perform a
factory reset.
In the case of inductive malfunctions and operational errors, such as water
shortage in the bucket, and water supply exceeding 2 cm, the system will stop
and alarm with a flashing light. You can press the Pause button, So the system
can resume normal operation.
