Overview
How to change the keyboard model?
- Hold ‘Fn’ and press ‘Android’ (In general A/Q key) for Android mode.
- Hold ‘Fn’ and press ‘Window’ (In general S/W key) for Window mode.
- Hold ‘Fn’ and press ‘iOS’ (In general D/E key) for iOS mode.
Charging
Please charge 6 hours at least when you first time get this keyboard.
- Move switch to the “ON” position, if power indicator is flashing red/orange, please charge the keyboard in time.
- Insert the smaller end of the charging cable into the keyboard’s micro- USB charging port and the larger end into your iPad’s USB power adapter. Charging indicator is red when charging and will turn off when your keyboard is fully charged (note: normal charging time is 2 to 4 hours).
Connect to iOS Device
Step 1: Flip “OFF/ON” to ON, Long press “Connect” for 3 seconds.
- The Bluetooth indicator light will begin to blink blue when done correctly.
Step 2: Turn ON iPad Bluetooth and connect:
- On iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth
- Turn on Bluetooth and search for “Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard” in available devices.
- Tap “Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard” – the pairingprocess is complete after “Connected” appears (see photo below.)
Backlight Adjustment
- Press to turn on/off the backlight, or change the backlightmodel.
- Press to change the backlight color.
Note: Backlight will automatically sleep if no action on keys after 60 seconds when Bluetooth connecting. Or automatically sleep after 10 seconds when unconnected. Light will wake up once you tap any keys.
Function Keys
Troubleshooting
If the keyboard is not working correctly, please check the following:
- The Bluetooth function on the iPad (or other Bluetooth devices) is enabled.
- The Bluetooth keyboard is within 33 feet.
- The Bluetooth keyboard is charged.
If certain keys or commands begin to fail or work sporadically, please try restarting (or powering off and powering on) your iPad. This fixes 99% of these types of issues.
If a problem persists, please try the following steps:
- Delete all the Bluetooth devices on the iPad (or other Bluetooth devices.) Charge the keyboard 3 hours at least.
- Switch off the Bluetooth function on the iPad (or other Bluetooth devices.)
- Reboot the iPad (or other Bluetooth devices.)
- Switch Bluetooth on the iPad (or other devices) back on & pair again.
