Eduroam Connection APP User Guide
For Mobile Phones
Steps:
1. Please go to the following link and click on the first option:
https://eduroam.ruet.ac.bd/
2. Registration page will appear. Provide your institutional email ID and a secured password to get registered.
N.B.: Only official email ID of RUET domain will be accepted for registration.
For example : anyone@ruet.ac.bd
3. Select the “eduroam” ssid and click connect.
4. Select ‘’PEAP’’ in EAP Method option:
5. Then select “MSCHAPV2” in Phase 2 Authentication option:
6. Select “None” in CA Certificate option:
7. Enter your registered user ID in Identity field:
8. Leave Anonymous Identity field blank:
9. Enter your password (Given in step 2 registration) in Password field:
10. Finally Click on connection button to enjoy EDUROAM wifi Network:
In case of connectivity problem issue please follow the below steps:
11. Go to google play store and find the “geteduroam” app as following:
12. Install the app and open it as following:
13. Search and Select “Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology” from the list as following:
14. Click “next” afterwards:
15. Please provide your registered official email ID and password (Given in step 2 registration) and click the “CONNECT TO NETWORK” button as following:
16. Click “save” button to save eduroam ssid on your device the following step:
17. A successful message will appear and then click “ok” to finish the configuration:
18. Now “eduroam” ssid will appear on your available wifi devices as following:
19. Now select the “eduroam” ssid and simply click connect to join eduroam network:
