System Features

  • With professional cardioid dynamic capsule, the system can eliminate noise floor and howling and reproduce excellent, clear, pure and high-fidelity sound.
  • 30 adjustable frequency groups with long transmission range (60 m) in open space ensures up to 15 sets used simultaneously without worrying about interference.
  • Operation is a piece of cake. Just turn on the receiver and mics, they will pair up automatically. AA batteries are required and included for each mic.

    • Short press to change the frequency.

SYSTEM SETUP

Installation

  1. Take out the wireless receiver from the package. Erect the antenna and connect the power cable to a wall outlet.
  2. Use the included 6.35mm audio cable to connect the receiver’s mixed output and other audio devices (speaker, amplifier, mixer, etc.).
  3. Turn on the receiver and the transmitter and they will automatically pair up.
  4. If you want to switch frequencies, please press the SET button on the microphone to adjust and it will automatically pair up with the receiver as well.

Functions

  1. Channel switch function
  2. Long press the power button to turn it off.
  3. Long press the power button for 8 seconds to change channel.
  4. Keep long press until CHA changes to CHB (or CHB changes to CHA).
  5. Channel lock function
  6. Long press the power button to turn it off.
  7. Long press the power button and SET button together for 3s to lock your channel.
  8. Tap the SET button to change the frequency and confirm your setting.

Troubleshooting

No sound

System Status Reasons Solution

② Check if receiving antennas are erected correctly.

③ Ensure there are no obstacles between microphones and the receiver, and their distance is within the max range.

The mute indicator is not on the receiver screen, but AF signal bar is not flashing| The volume is not in proper level| Twist volume controls of the receiver to increase the volume.
The mute indicator is not on the receiver screen, and the AF signal bar is flashing| The amplifier/speaker is not connected or adjusted properly.| ① Connect the receiver to the amplifier together with the speaker or  to the speaker only.

② Turn on the amplifier and speaker and adjust the volume to a proper level.

Cutoffs & interference

  • Tap the SET button to change the frequency and find the best one for transmission.
  • If this solution doesn’t work, please contact us for change the defective parts.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & WARRANTY INFORMATION

Whitesand warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the above unit is free from any defects in material or craftsmanship for 12 months from the date of the original purchase. If any such defect is discovered within the warranty period, Whitesand will repair or replace the unit free of charge, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction upon return to Whitesand.

To the extent permitted by law, any applicable implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness, are hereby limited to 12 months from the date of purchase. Consequential or incidental damages resulting from a breach of any applicable express or implied warranties are hereby excluded. This warranty is in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, general or special, express or implied, and no representative or person, including a Whitesand dealer, agent, or employee, is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this Whitesand product.

Whereas some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last or do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state

THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

  1. This system must be purchased from an authorized Whitesand dealer.
  2. Items not covered: physical damage resulting from improper handling of the unit in transit from the factory by the shipper; defects caused by normal wear of the product (expendable parts are typically connectors, cables, potentiometers, switches, and similar components); damage or defects caused by abuse, neglect, accident, failure to connect or operate the unit in any way that does not comply with applicable technical or safety regulations, or improper, repair, excessive heat or humidity, alteration or unreasonable use of the unit, causing cracks, broken cases/housing or parts; damage caused by leaking batteries; finish or appearance items.
