Installation and operation process
- Take out the product from the packaging.
- Take out the bottom base and plug it into the power.
- Fill the water tank to the MAX line.
- Install the filter tank, fountain filter and water tray into the water tank. (The marking lines should align as shown below)
- Place and secure the water tank on the base, as shown below.
App Connection
- Scan the QR code using your phone to download the app, or directly download “Petsnowy” from the App Store.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone to connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot.
- Press and hold the power button on the Petsnowy gadget until the Wi-Fi indicator light flashes.
- Follow the APP prompts to connect the device
