Product Usage Instructions

1. Preparation before setup: Before setting up Pet Snowy, ensure that you have all the components listed in the component list section of the user manual.

4. Place the adapter’s output plug into the DC socket of Pet Snowy.
5. Insert the cable into the cable slot of Pet Snowy.
6. Plug the adapter into the power outlet.
7. Place the lower base of Pet Snowy on a suitable surface.
8. Remove the water tank from Pet Snowy and inspect it for any foreign items or debris.
9. Ensure that the water pump is properly attached to the water tank.
10. Fill the water tank with water up to the maximum level indicated.
11. Set up the filter tank and fountain filter.
12. Unpack the fountain filter and place it in the water tank.
13. Place the water bowl in the water tank.
14. Align the marking lines of the water tank, filter tank, and water bowl as illustrated in the pictures in the user manual.

PREPARATION BEFORE SETUP

1. Remove the water tank and other components from the box one at a time
2. Please soak the fountain Filter in water and thoroughly clean it before mounting it on the filter tank.
3. Before using, please clean the water tray, filter tank, and internal components.

SETUP GUIDE

1. Remove the bottom base, place the adapter’s output plug into the DC socket, and then insert the cable into the cable slot before plugging the adapter into the power outlet. Place the lower base on the surface and base.

2. Remove the water tank, inspect it for foreign items or debris, and ensure that the waterpump is properly attached. MAX, fill the pipe with water.

3. Set up the filter tank and fountain filter.
   Unpack the fountain filter, then place it and the water bowl in the water tank one at a time. (Note that the marking lines of the water tank, the filter tank and the water bowl must be aligned as illustrated in the pictures below).

4. Install the water tank on the bottom base, the installation is completed.

INTRODUCTIONS OF THE INDICATOR LIGHTS

1. When you turn on the fountain for the first time or after pushing the reset button for 3 seconds, the fountain’s five status indicators will light up white.
2. The fifth light will turn off after 6 days of use.
3. The fourth light shuts off after 12 days.
4. The third light goes out after 18 days, and the first and second lights turn red.
5. The second red light shuts off after 24 days.
6. After 27 days, the first red light will illuminate, notifying you that the filter needs to be replaced.
7. Reset the water filter timing after replacing the water filter by pressing and holding the water filter reset button until the 5 water filter status lights become white.
8. Replace water in time if the key indication light stays on.

DOWNLOAD THE APP AND ADD THE DEVICE

1. Install the “PetSnowy” App from the Apple or Android App stores, or scan the QR code to download and install the App

2. Turn on Bluetooth and connect your phone to a Wi-Fi hotspot.

3. Please attempt to place the device as near to the router as possible the first time you connect it ( this device is only compatible with 2.4Ghz networks, please set it to be 2.4GHz if the router has both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands available)

4. Launch the app, then click “+” in the upper right corner, followed by “Add Device” to add the device.

5. If the smart devices in the vicinity have been discovered, pick “Pet Fountain” from the device list and follow the APP steps to add the device.

6. If the pet fountain is not identified, please add “Pet Fountain” manually and add the device according to the App’s instructions.

7. Press and hold the for more than 5 seconds, or until the Wi-Fi indicator light goes off. Then press the “Next” button.

8. Please click “Confirm the Wi-Fi indicator is blinking rapidly” and then “Next” on steps 5-3.

9. Choose the paring mode based on the frequency with which the Wi-Fi indicator light blinks
   Remark: The default pairing mode is Bluetooth (the WiFi indication light rapidly goes off).

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

1. Cleaning and upkeep of the filter tank.
2. Please keep the product out of direct sunlight to avoid it turning yellow and deteriorating quickly.
3. Before cleaning the product, please disconnect it. Please ensure that the bottom connections are dry.
4. Do not immerse the water tank in water or flush the bottom of the water tank by holding it upside down to prevent water from entering the bottom of the water tank when cleaning it.
5. Do not clean the product with gasoline, kerosene, polishing powder, bleach, or other chemical agents.
6. Hot water below 80°C can be used to clean the water tank, water tray, and filter tank if necessary. (Do not immerse them in boiling water).
7. For everyday maintenance, remove stains off the product’s surface or the power supply using a delicate cloth bathed in warm water. (Please remove the power supply first). It is advised that drinking water be thoroughly changed every 3-4 days.
8. When changing the water, please remove the water tray and fountain filter, as well as any hair or other sticky objects in the filter tank.
9. If the product has not been used in a long time, please clean it, dry it, and store all of the parts in the original packaging box in a dry area.
10. Fountain Filter Replacement
11. Every 30 days, the fountain filter should be replaced.
12. Before installing the fountain filter, immerse the new fountain filter completely in the water (we recommend soaking it twice for 5 minutes each time) and gently rinse it.
13. Water Pump Maintenance
14. The water pump must be cleaned on a weekly basis to avoid debris from clogging the water circulation system and leading to poor water quality and owing.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Turn off the bottom base power indication light and the fountain filter status indicator light.| 1.  Verify that the adapter is correctly plugged in.
