Product Usage Instructions

Assembly:

1. Insert Casters (F) into the Chair Base (E). Insert Gas Lift (D) into the hole in the center of the Chair Base (E).
2. Attach the Seat Mechanism (C) to the bottom of the Chair Seat (A) using Bolts (K) by Allen Wrench (H).
3. Attach the pre-assembled Chair Back & Armrest (B) to the Seat Mechanism (C) using Bolts (I) by Allen Wrench (H).
4. Position the assembled chair upright with the Seat Mechanism (C) facing down. Insert the Gas Lift (D) into the center hole of the Seat Mechanism(C) and press down until fully engaged.
5. Attach Headrest (G) to Chair Back (B) using Bolts (J) by Allen Wrench (H).

Instructions For Use

1. Operating the tilt lockout: To let your chair tilt back, pull the control handle out. To stop your chair from tilting, sit forward, then push the control handle in.
2. Tilt Tension: Use the long stem under the seat with a knob to adjust the tilt tension. Turn the knob forward (counter clockwise) to increase tension and backward (clockwise) to decrease tension.
3. Headrest: Move the headrest up/down to adjust the height and angle it up/down to the desired position.
4. Lumbar Support: Reach the lumbar support on the backside of the chair back and move it up/down to the desired position.
5. Seat Height: Use the paddle-shaped lever on the right side to adjust the seat height. Lift the lever up while taking your weight off the chair to raise it. Lift the lever up while seated to lower it. Ensure that your feet rest flat on the floor at the proper height.
6. Armrests adjustment: Press the button on the side of the armrest to adjust the height. Hold the armrest pads to adjust pad position: (1) move forward and backward, (2) move inward and outward, (3) pivot inward and outward. Hold the armrest pads to flip up/down the armrests.

Safety And Maintenance:

• Do not stand on the chair or use it as a stepladder.
• Use this product for seating one person at a time.
• Do not use the chair unless all bolts and screws are firmly secured.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent puncturing the fabric.
• Every 6 months, check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight.
• To clean, spot clean only using a damp towel and mild cleaner.
  First, test on a small, unseen area of fabric.

It is possible to assemble the chair by your own, while having a second person to help you will make it easier.

Package List

• Without further ado, we kindly suggest you to list all parts needed for the chair first.

Assembly Instruction

Step 1:
Insert Casters (F) into the Chair Base (E). The insert Gas Lift (D) into the hole in the center of the Chair Base (E).

Step 2:
Attach the Seat Mechanism (C) to the bottom of the Chair Seat (A) using Bolts (K) by Allen Wrench (H) as shown.

Note: Tighten the bolts completely

Step 3 :
Attach the pre-assembled Chair Back & Armrest (B) to the Seat Mechanism (C) using Bolts (I) by Allen Wrench (H) as shown.

Note: Tighten the bolts completely

Step 4 :
Position the assembled chair upright with the Seat Mechanism (C) facing down. In-sert the Gas Lift (D) into the center hole of the Seat Mechanism(C) and press down until fully engaged.

Step 5 :
Attach Headrest (G) to Chair Back (B) using Bolts (J) by Allen Wrench (H).
Note: Tighten the screws completely.

CAUTION:
Make sure all bolts and screws are fully tightened before using chair.
Lubricate all moving parts and tighte all bolts/screws every 6 month or whenever needed.

Instructions For Use

HEADREST

Move the headrest up/down to adjust the height. Angle the headrest up/down to the desired position.

Lumbar Support

Reach the lumbar support on the backside of the chair back, move it up/down to the desired position.

Seat Height: Paddle-shaped lever on the right side

To raise:
While taking your weight off chair, lift lever up.

To lower:
While seated, lift lever up.

At the proper height, your feet should rest flat on the floor.

Armrests adjustment

Reach and press the button on the side of armrest to adjust the height of the armrests.
Hold the armrest pads to adjust pad position: (1) move forward and back-ward; (2) move inward and outward; (3) pivot inward and outward.
Hold the armrest pads to flip up/down the armrests.

You need to contact us within 30 days after the product(s) came into your possession and the product(s) must be returned to us without any undue delays.
