Product Usage Instructions
For Desktop/PC
- Connect the USB cable to a USB port on your desktop for power supply.
- Plug the 3.5mm audio cable into the audio port of your computer(usually indicated by a headset icon).
- The speaker will start playing music.
- If there is no sound, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
For Laptop
- Connect the USB cable to a USB port on your laptop for power supply. If your laptop only has a USB-C port, use a USB-C to USB adapter before connecting.
- Plug the 3.5mm audio cable into the audio port of your laptop.
- The speaker will start playing music.
- If there is no sound, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

- Ensure that the USB interface of your computer is functioning properly.
