ELECTRONICS4ALL Fixed Farme Projector Screen

Product Name: IN&VI Fixed Frame Projector Screen

Product Purpose

Product Purpose: Suitable for home theater, entertainment venues, multimedia teaching, home theater, and conference rooms. The frame screen is refined by high-precision processing equipment, with a frame width of about 1cm and a frame thickness of about bout 1.6cm, which is extremely thin and more stable. The frame is a made of a high-quality aluminum alloy frame, and the body adopts a frosted spraying process to make it more beautiful. The 45-degree splicing method is adopted at the four corner joints. The interface is smooth and the seam is tight. The secondary extrusion structure device tightens the screen from all angles to ensure that the screen is not affected by external forces to produce ripples or folds, and the flatness is extremely superior. The assembly of the entire screen is very simple. Even after installation, the position of the screen can be adjusted horizontally by moving left and right.

Inner frame assembly

The installation instructions below are for the latest narrow-frame frame screen: Open the screen packaging and check whether all the accessories in the package are complete (if not, please contact online customer service).
Put on gloves, lay non-woven fabric on a clean and flat ground, take out all frames from the package, and place them on the ground covered with non-woven fabric according to (Figure 1), including two long inner frames, two short inner frames and supporting rods (small size screens do not have supporting rods).
Slide the gasket into the grooves of the long and short inner frames (the specific quantity depends on the number of reserved holes in the grooves), slide it to the reserved hole overlap and lightly twist the locking screw (see Figure 2, 3) (note: tighten the screw until it does not fall off, to avoid tightening so much that the pressure bar cannot be inserted later).
Use the outer frame screws to fix the supporting rod in the middle position of the long inner frame (skip this step for small screens without supporting rods, see Figure 4).
Assemble the entire long and short inner frames with corner code kits (see Figure 5, 6) (note: the smooth surface of the corner code faces up, install the short inner frame first and then push it into the long inner frame). After the four corners are spliced, ensure that the corner codes are aligned with the reserved holes and there are no gaps at the corners. Hold the connection between the long and short inner frames, use a cross screwdriver to tighten the countersunk screw to fix the corner code, and then assemble the remaining three corner positions one by one. After ensuring that the four corners are tightly connected, tighten the countersunk screws (see Figure 7). After the assembly of the inner frame is completed, stand it up and place it aside.

Screen Installation

  1. Take out the screen from the packaging box, tear off the tape that seals the packaging of the screen, and slowly roll the screen onto the non-woven fabric with the back of the screen facing up and the projection surface facing down. Then, place the inner frame in the center of the screen, ensuring that the four sides of the inner frame are parallel to the four sides of the screen (see Figure 8).
  2. Take out the fiberglass rod for fixing the screen. The screen has pre-made fixing holes. Thread the fiberglass rod into the four fixing holes around the screen one by one, making sure that both ends of the fiberglass rod are even after threading. (If the fiberglass rod is not aligned, slowly squeeze the fiberglass rod inside the screen to center it).
  3. Fold the screen with the fiberglass rods threaded in and place it into the groove of the inner frame for fixing the screen. First, insert the short edge of the screen into the groove pove of the inner frame, and then insert the long edge one by one (see Figure 10).
  4. Place the metal pressure strip of the screen into the groove of the inner frame and press it down to the bottom of the groove. First, insert the short edge of the pressure strip into the bottom of the groove, and then insert the long edge one by one (the pressure strip can be pressed down with a screwdriver. Press it from one side to the other until the pressure strip is fully inserted into the bottom of the groove. If it cannot be pressed down, check whether the screw blocks the pressure strip). (see Figure 11). After the pressure strip is installed, stand up the screen and check whether the screen is flat. If the corners are not flat, smooth them out by hand. Tighten the fixing screws for the pressure strip from the center of the inner frame first, then from the center of the long edge, and finally, tighten the remaining screws from the inside out. Tighten the screws until the pressure strip is flush with the groove of the inner frame. At this time, lift the screen and check whether it is flat. If the screen is not flat, re-adjust the four corners of the screen and smooth it out by hand before tightening the fixing screws of the pressure strip.

Installation of the Outer Frame

After the screen is installed flat, place the outer frame on the inner frame (with the wider side of the outer frame facing up and the narrower side facing down). Install the short outer frame corner first and then assemble the long outer frame (see Figures 12 and 13). After assembling the corner, ensure that the joint is tight. Align the screw holes of the outer frame with those of the inner frame and use hands to squeeze eze the edges towards the inside to reduce the gap between the frames. Align the screw holes of the outer frame and fix them (see Figures 14 and 15).

Wall Installation

  1. After assembling the screen, determine the location of the wall mounting area and use expansion screws to make holes in appropriate locations based on the number of hangers for the frame (the specific number of hangers is configured based on size specifications). If the wall is a wooden wall and can support weight, directly fix it with self-tapping screws. Install the hangers for the frame and screen, ensuring that they are at the same horizontal level and firmly secured (see Figure 16).
  2. Hang the frame and screen horizontally on the hangers and adjust the position of the screen left and right to find the best position (see Figure 17).
  3. Hang up the screen following the diagram (see Figure 18).
