Sports:
T-fit 400 C watch support up to 100 sports modes, fitness, leisure,
competition Classes, ball games, dance classes, including; running, walking,
treadmill, mountaineering, cycling, Spinning bike, yoga, basketball, football,
badminton and other sports. T-fit 400 C watch supports sports customization,
which can be customized in more than 100 sports modes favorite sport.
Sport customization:
APP “sports” – “custom” – “add” to jump to sports category page, click the
sport name to add.
Heart rate:
Wearing T-fit 400 C correctly, not too tight or lose, make sure no green light leak, open the “Heart rate” application in the watch application, automatically measure the heart rate after entering the application.
Stress:
After wearing the watch correctly, open the “stress” in the watch; check how much psychological pressure are you feeling.
Activity:
After wearing the watch correctly, open the “step counting” in the watch; display the number of steps, calories, distance and other parameters of the day’s exercise.

Musica: Open the “Music” app in the watch app; you can control the music playback of your phone, and support operations such as previous track, play/pause, next track, and volume adjustement.
Stock market: APP “Device” – “Stock Market” – “Add” jump searchpage, click the search icon at the top right to enter the stock name to search Add to.
World clock: APP “Device” – “World Time” – “Add”, you can Scroll down to select or click the search icon at the top right to enter a region name Search to add.
Camera: Control the camera on the obile phone to take pictures remotely. When using it, please click “Device – Take Picture” on the APP to turn on the camera.

Warnings
This device is an electronic instrument of high precision; therefore, avoid

Common problem handling
Watch won’t turn on
- Please press and hold the power button fore more that 3 seconds.
- Maybe the battery is too low, please charge it in time.
Bluetooth Is not connected or unable to connect
- Please, try to restart the watch and reconnect.
- Please, try to restart the phone’s Bluetooth and connect again.
- Do not connect the phone to other Bluetooth devices at the same time.
Inaccurate heart rate/ blood pressure/ blood oxygen
- Generally, it is caused by poor contact between the sensor of the watch and the human body during measurement.
- Please, make sure that the sensor is in full contact with your wrist during measurement.
- Please keep your body still and the watch close to your wrist during measurement.
- For people with darker skin and more hair on their arms, please turn on the enhanced measurement in the App (Device > Elevated Heart Ratenhanced Measurement).
Sleep data is not accurate enough
- Sleep monitoring is to simulate the natural state of falling asleep and waking up, and needs to be worn normally.
- Wear it when you fall asleep too late or when you fall asleep, error may accur.
- Sleep data is not monitored during the day, and the default sleep monitoring is from 9:30 pm to 12:00 noon the next day.
Precautions for correct disposal of the product
