Product Introduction

PM5 is a phono preamplifier suitable for MM cartridges, which can converts the phono signals to line level signals. The shell of the body is made of aluminum alloy, which is light, strong and durable. Gold plated RCA input/output jack design allows for more stable transmission and more durable quality This device is equipped with gain control and volume control knob, you can more accurately adjust the output audio amplitude and quality to match the power amplifier input requirements more easily.

Function Introduction

  1. Power Switch: Flip upward to turn on the power after connecting to the power supply.
  2.  Power Indicator: After the power switch is turned on, the green indicator is steady on.
  3. Gain Control Knob: The input gain can be adjusted from +6db to + 36db
  4. Volume Control Knob: Control the volume of the output signal.
  5. 3.5mm Headphone Jack: You can listen to music through headphones (when the headphone is connected, the output of the back panel will be disconnected).

Operating Instruction

NOTE

  1. Check whether the correct adapter is used when connecting to the power supply
  2. Please be sure to use good quality cable to connect the turntable and active speaker to avoid extra noise.

When starting to use PM5, the correct sequence to turn on the equipment is turntable -PM5- active speaker; The shutdown sequence is active speaker -PM5- record player. Please put the volume knob in a larger position, adjust the gain knob to get the suitable volume, there will be less background noise if the gain knob at a smaller position, and the music will be more clean.
