General power tool safety warnings
To reduce the risk of injury, the user must read and understand the
instruction manual.
WARNING: Read all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations and specifications provided with this pow-er tool. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The term “power tool” in the warnings refers to your mains operated (corded)
power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
NOTE: The charger mentioned in the safety instructions is not included / part of the scope of supply.
Work Area Safety
- Keep your work area clean and well lit to avoid accidents.
- Avoid operating the power tool in explosive atmospheres where flammable liquids, gases, or dust are present.
- Ensure children and bystanders are kept away from the work area to prevent distractions.
- Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
- Keep children and bystanders away while opera-ting a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
Electrical Safety
- Use power tool plugs that match the outlet and never modify the plug in any way.
- Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces to reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Do not expose the power tool to rain or wet conditions to prevent electric shock.
- Avoid abusing the cord and keep it away from heat, oil, sharp edges, or moving parts to minimize the risk of electric shock.
- When operating the power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use.
- If operating the power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual current device (RCD) protected supply.
Personal Safety
- Stay alert, focused, and use common sense when operating the power tool.
- Avoid using the power tool when tired, under the influence of drugs/alcohol/medication.
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (e.g., eye protection, dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, hearing protection) to reduce personal injuries.
- Ensure the power tool switch is in the off-position before connecting to a power source, picking up, or carrying the tool.
- Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to power source and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or energizing power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
- Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.
- Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
- Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair and clothing away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
- If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
- Do not let familiarity gained from frequent use of tools allow you to become complacent and ignore tool safety principles. A careless action can cause severe injury within a fraction of a second.
Power tool use and care
- Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
- Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
- Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or remove the battery pack, if detachable, from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
- Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
- Maintain power tools and accessories. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tool’s operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
- Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
- Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
- Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean and free from oil and grease. Slippery handles and grasping surfaces do not allow for safe handling and control of the tool in unexpected situations.
Battery tool use and care

Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.

Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.

When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or
a fire. -
Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

Do not use a battery pack or tool that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behaviour resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.

Do not expose a battery pack or tool to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130 °C may cause explosion.

Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or tool outside the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
Service
- Have your power tool serviced by a qualified re-pair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.
- Never service damaged battery packs. Service of battery packs should only be performed by the manufacturer or authorized service providers.
Important safety rules for charger
- Do not expose charger to rain or wet conditions. Water entering will increase the risk of electric shock.
- Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool.
- Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
- Make sure children don‘t play with the charger.
- Check the charger, charging cord and plug before charging. Do not use damaged charger or charging cord, which may cause short circuit and electric shock.
- Do not disassemble charger. Take it to a service center when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of electric shock, electrocution or fire.
- Remove unused charger from the power supply to reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Do not touch the uninsulated part of the socket to prevent electric shock.

Know your tool
Read this instruction manual and all warnings and instructions.
Intended use
This tool is intended for inflating various products, such as balls, car
tyres, bicycle tyres, air beds etc. for private use only. This tool can be
operated with three air valve adapters, which are included in the scope of
supply. The air pump has a max air pressure of 150 psi, 10.3 bar.
Foreseeable misuse:
Any other use is deemed to be a case of misuse. The user and not the
manufacturer will be liable for any damage or injuries of any kind caused as a
result of this.
WARNING: Risk in the event of misuse!
- Do not use the tool under wet conditions.
- Do not use the tool in presence of flammable liquids or gases.
- Do not use the tool in explosive areas.
- Do not use non-approved air valve adapters. Only use the three air valve adapters which are included in the scope of supply.
- Do not inflate products beyond their pressure limits.
- Do not use the tool to decompress products.
- Do not let children come into contact with the tool.

- Schrader valve (Fig. 2/ 2 ): The air pump can be directly connec-ted to a schrader valve, e.g., for tires of cars, motorcycles, e-bikes or most mountain bikes.
- Plastic nozzle adapter (Fig. 2/ 3 ): The plastic nozzle adapter is used, e.g., for various toys, air beds or rubber rings.
- Needle valve adapter (Fig. 2/ 4 ): The needle valve adapter is used, e.g., for balls such as basketballs or footballs.
- Presta valve adapter (Fig. 2/ 5 ): The presta valve adapter is used, e.g., for tires of bicycles or certain mountain bikes.

Operating instructions
Charging procedure
NOTE: This tool is not fully charged on leaving the factory. Fully charge
the tool before first use.
- During the charging process, some heating of the tool housing is normal. The tool does not work during charging.
- Insert the charging cord (Fig. 2/ 6 ) into the charging socket (Fig. 1/ 1 ) and ensure that it is fully connected .
- Plug the USB plug into the computer‘s USB port or plug in the power adapter and connect the power adapter to the power socket.
- When the light of the battery level indicator is green, the charging is completed.
NOTE: Unplug the power adapter and the charging cord in time. Do not charge for more than 24 hours continuously.
Battery level indicator
- The battery level indicator on the display (Fig. 1/ 6 ) has different colours to indicate the air pump‘s remaining battery level.

NOTE: Charge at normal room temperature and avoid extremely cold or hot places.
Switching ON/OFF
- Press the ON/OFF button for approx. 2 s to turn on/off the air pump.
- If the air pump is on, the display lights up.
- If the air pump is not used for 3 min, the air pump will automatically turn off.
Connecting air hose & air valve adapter
- Open the backside lid (Fig. 1/ 2 ).
- Take the air hose and the air valve adapter out of the case (Fig. 1/ 4 ).
- Close the backside lid.
- Put the air hose into the hole on the top of the air pump and turn it clockwise (Fig. 4/ a ).
- Put the desired air valve adapter into the schrader valve (Fig. 4/ b ).
Switching ON/OFF the light
- On the top of the tool, there is a ring LED light (Fig. 1/ 3 ), which can be switched on/off.
- Shortly press the LIGHT button to turn the ring LED light on/off.
- Press the LIGHT button for approx. 2 s to turn on SOS mode light.
Switching modes
- Shortly press the MODE button to switch between the five inflation modes detailed below. The symbol of the selected mode lights up on the display and the preset pressure is displayed.
- Select the preferred air pressure unit before inflating Press t. he MODE button for approx. 1 s to toggle between psi and bar.

NOTE: The inflation of products, such as balloons, beach balls, and swim rings, cannot be stopped automatically by preset pressure. Only inflate these products manually (manual mode) and also stop the inflation manually.
- When adjusting a preset pressure, the blinking value indicates the target pressure, and the non-blinking value indicates the real-time pressure. The newly-set pressure value and unit will be saved.
Adjusting the preset pressure
- Shortly press the “+” or “–” button to increase or decrease the preset pressure value.
- Press the “+” or “–” button for a few seconds to quickly adjust the pressure value.
Inflating products
WARNING: To prevent injuries from bursting objects due to over-inflation, always refer to the instructions or relevant directions accompanying the product to be inflated. Before inflating, check the set air pressure and observe the air pump during inflation.
CAUTION: During inflation the air pump may be as loud as 75 – 80 dB. To prevent hearing damage, wear ear protection.
- The air pump can get very hot after running for a while. To prevent injuries avoid long skin contact with the air hose or wear protective gloves.
NOTE: The battery lasts about 30 minutes on a full charge running without a load at an ambient temperature of 25 °C (77 °F). Using the air pump under a heavy load or at lower ambient temperatures may reduce its battery life.
- To determine the right air pressure, refer to the instructions or manual of the product to be inflated.
Precondition
- The air hose and the desired air valve adapter are securely connected with the air pump, see chapter „6.3 Connecting air hose & air valve adapter” on page 27.
- Put the air valve adapter into the air valve of the product to be inflated. Be sure there is no leaking.
- Press the ON/OFF button for approx. 2 s to turn the air pump on.
- Select the desired mode and the air pressure unit, see chapter „6.5 Switching modes” on page 28.
- Press the ON/OFF button to start inflation. The current pressure is shown in real-time while inflating.
- When the preset pressure value has been reached, the inflation stops automatically. To stop the inflation manually press the ON/OFF button.
- Disconnect the air pump from the inflated product.
CAUTION: The air hose may get very hot after inflating and some air may leak out of the valve when disconnecting the air pump. To prevent injuries and avoid pressure loss, quickly disconnect the air pump from the inflated product.
Storage, cleaning and maintenance
WARNING: Do not store the tool in an environment with temperature below -10 °C (14 °F) or above 45 °C (113 °F).
- Store the tool and accessories in a dark and dry place.
- Store the tool in its original packaging.
Your tool does not need lubricating oil or other maintenance. Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of commercial solvents and can be damaged by their use. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc. Keep tool handles clean, dry and free of oil or grease. This tool is equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
To obtain the longest possible battery life, it is recommended to
- Store the tool in conditions where the temperature is between – 10 – 45 °C (14 – 113 °F) and free of moisture.
- Store the tool in a 30 – 50 % charged condition.
- Every three months of storage, fully charge the tool and then use it.
WARNING: To avoid serious personal injury, always unplug the charger before cleaning or performing any maintenance. Never disassemble the tool. Contact your service dealer/ distributor or info@daheim.tech for all repairs.
NOTE: The battery cannot be replaced.

- Check whether the pressure of the product that is being inflated exceeds the preset pressure.
Unable to increase or decrease the preset pressure| Check the set mode. In the
ball, motor- cycle, bicycle and car mode, it is possible to decrease and
increase the set value within a certain range. Otherwise, you can also use the
manual mode. Manual mode has a blank display without any icons and allows to
adjust the preset value within a range of 3 – 150 psi, 0.2 – 10.3 bar.

- Check battery status and charge the tool by using the USB charging cord (Fig. 2/ 6 ) and plug it into the – charging socket (Fig. 1/ 1 ).
- Check whether the correct air valve adapter is securely connected.
- Check whether the air hose (Fig. 2/ 1 ) is leaking.
- Check whether both ends of the air hose are securely connected.
- Check whether the product that is being inflated is leaking.
- Check whether the valve of the inflated product is open and
securely connected with the air valve adapter of the air pump.

Waste disposal
CAUTION: Battery-operated units that no longer work must not be disposed of in the household waste! They are to be collected separately, in accordance with the 2012/19/EU directive for the disposal of electrical and electronic waste and in accordance with the 2013/56/EU and 2006/66/EC directive for the batteries and accumulators, and sent for proper and environmentally-friendly recycling.
Warranty
The warranty period is 1 year and starts on the date of sale to the customer. We will remedy all kinds of defects caused by material damage and/or manufacturing faults. The warranty will be met by repair or replacement of defective parts at our own discretion. Claims under warranty will only be accepted if the product is sent fully assembled and well packaged complete with cash voucher or invoice to the appropriate dealer within the first six months. The warranty expires with improper use.
