We recommend charging your Beosound Explore before using it for the first
time.
- Connect the included USB-C cable to your Beosound Explore.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a charging adapter with a maximum rating of 5V / 3A.
- The battery indicator on the lower side of Beosound Explore will flash amber to indicate charging.
- Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator will turn green.
- If the battery level drops to 15% or below, the indicator will turn red and a sound prompt will be heard. At 10% or below, the indicator will flash red.
- You can check the battery status using the Bang & Olufsen App.
Charging from a Computer
You can charge your Beosound Explore using a USB-C connection from a
computer, but the charging time may vary depending on the computer’s charging
capability. It is recommended to use a charger with at least a 5V / 1A rating
