Turning On/Off the Heart Rate Sensor:
There is a heart rate sensor switch on the watch. Use this switch to turn the heart rate sensor on or off.

Pairing the Watch:
To pair the watch with your mobile phone, follow these steps:

1. Download the Zepp App by scanning the QR code located on the right side of the watch.
2. Open the Zepp App and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

Charging the Watch:
To charge the watch, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the charging station is dry before use.
2. Connect the provided charging station to a power source using a network adapter with a minimum output of 1 A.
3. The charging progress will be displayed on the watch screen once the charging process begins.

Removing and Attaching the Strap:
Refer to the illustration to remove or attach the watch strap.

Note:
After attaching the strap, pull it firmly to ensure successful mounting.

Wearing the Watch:
Wear the watch on your wrist as desired.

Note:
Press and hold the power buttons to turn on the watch. If the watch cannot turn on, charge it and try again.

Pair the watch

1. Use your mobile phone to scan the QR code on the right to download and install the app, or search for the app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and download and install the latest version of the app you them.
2. Open the app, register and log in.
3. Pair the watch according to the app instructions.

Notice:

1. For a better user experience, please use the latest version of the app.
2. The operating system must be Android 7.0 or iOS 12.0 or higher.
3. Do not pair the watch directly using your phone’s Bluetooth function.

Follow the steps in the app to pair your watch properly.

Charge the watch

1. Connect the watch’s charging cable to a charger or a USB port on the computer.
2. Place the watch in the charging station. Pay attention to the direction and position of the watch and ensure that the metal contacts on the back of the watch make good contact with the charging base.
3. The charging progress is shown on the clock display when charging begins.

Notice:

1. Use the charging station included with the watch.
2. Before charging, make sure the charging station is dry. Please use a power adapter with at least 1 A.

Remove and attach the bracelet

To remove or attach the watch band, refer to the illustration.

Note:
Once the bracelet has been attached, tighten it to ensure it has been installed successfully.

Wearing the watch

1. Do not wear the watch band too tight or too loose, and leave enough room for the skin to breathe. This ensures comfortable wearing and correct function of the sensor.
2. When measuring blood oxygen saturation, wear the watch correctly. Avoid wearing the watch on your wrist. Keep your arm flat, make sure the watch is comfortable (but tight) against your skin, and keep your arm still while taking the measurement. External factors (lowering and reciprocating of the arm, body hair, tattoo, etc.) can affect the measurement, making it inaccurate or not showing a result.
3. We recommend that you tighten the watch band during exercise and loosen it again afterward.
