There is walking Sport mode which give a more accurate count of your steps , stride and pace while using the watch
Can you put music on it?
No you can”t store music on the watch , however you can control the music playback on the phone.
Is this compatible with the ecg function on the iphone? can the data be shared with a doctor’s office?
You can give the Apple Health app permission to receive data from the Zepp App , however I believe the Apple ECG function only works with Apple Watch
Is it possible to get a 24/7 pulse oxygen record? Also, can it alert when oxygen gets low?
No you won’t be able to get 24/7 blood. oxygens as it can only be monitored when absolutely still or sleeping , and alert will show on the Zepp app if dangerously low
What’s the charger look like?
The charger will have a magnetic attachment on one end that will attach to the back of the watch. The other end will be a standard USB that will be able to plug into any USB power source.
How to add tennis sport to Amazfit T-Rex
You can add extra sports to the T-Rex Pro.
Is the watch able to record an elliptical workout?
Yes it does
Where is golf listed in real-time workout data?
Unfortunately golf is not an available sport mode on the T-Rex Pro.
What Fitness tracking apps does that watch work with?
Works with the Zepp App , which can be synced to Strava , Apple Health and Google Health
Can you turn off the GPS?
The GPS is only enabled when you start a workout mode like outdoor running or cycling on the watch.
Does anyone know how to get iMessage to work?
You will need to make sure notifications is turned on for both Messages and Zepp on your iPhone. Also make sure Banner Style is set to “Persistent” and Show Previews is set to “When Unlocked”.
Does it display text messages.on the watch?
Yes the watch displays your text messages.
what is a good combination charger for this watch? What I can find is for Apple products.
There currently aren’t any combination chargers made for our devices currently but I will submit it as feedback to our development team
I was wondering if you can set a point on the gps (T Rex Pro) and go back to the the location you started?
Unfortunately you are not able to set any points on the GPS.
Received this watch yesterday and the initial setup was easy but I cannot get text messages to work.
Please make sure “Incoming SMS” is enabled through the Zepp app under Profile -> Amazfit T-Rex Pro -> Notification and reminder -> Incoming SMS after the watch is paired with your phone. If you have it paired with an iPhone then you will need to set Notifications page for Messages a specific way for them to display on the watch. Please make sure all three alerts are enabled. Also set Banner Style to “Persistent” and Show Previews to “When Unlocked”.
Is it compatible with samsung s20..or does it drop off app?
Yes the T-Rex Pro is compatible with samsung s20. You pair the watch through the Zepp app.
Can this remind you every hour to get steps?
It will remind you to take a walk if you have been sitting for too long each hour. I love the watch.
Can the T-Rex pro integrate with the peloton workout app?
No the T-Rex Pro is not able to integrate with the peloton workout app.
Can you shut Bluetooth off on the watch?
No Bluetooth can’t be shut off on the watch manually.
AIs this watch compatible with the Signal messaging App?
Unsure. Was never able to get mine to sync to anything (Dell Desktop, Galaxy Tablet, Android phone, etc.) and had to return it after a few days of trying.
Does it have actual GPS?
The GPS is for mapping a walking, running and cycling activity , and doesn’t have the ability for turn by turn directions
Which amazfit can play/store music directly to the watch itself?
The GTR 2, GTS 2, and the GTR 3 Pro are the only watch models that you can store and play music on.
Does it have a notification or alarm when heart rate or o2 level too low?
No the watch does not have an alarm for when the heart rate or o2 levels are too low.
Why is the heart rate still shown on the watch face even if the watch is not worn ? This is a stale data. Can this be fixed ?
The watch will display the last measured heart rate data and it will display it until the new measurement.
