Wamlng & Cautions: (I) WARNING:

  • b. Please make sure the bolts & screws are tightened and In working condition before you use this product. Inspect that the unit is installed securely, and use according to the guide below.
  • c. For personal home exercise only, not far gym or commercial.

This product Is used for a sturdy wall frame with a width of 70-78 cm and a depth of 11-16 cm. Do not set it up to a door frame out of this range, and ensure both sides of the crossbar & the plastic rail lay against the door frame securely while in use at pull-up position.

PULL-UPS

INSTALLATION & WORKOUT GUIDE

  1. Hold the properly assembled Door Training Bar and hang it with a plastic stop rail on top of the door frame on the opposite side.
    Make sure the Plastic stop rail is on the same side as the door hinge.

  2. Rest the Crossbar evenly against the door frame. Re-hang the plastic stop rail or adjust the bar to be centered on the door way if the Door Training bar sways. End foam must on the door frame at the proper length.

  3. Make sure the door training bar is reliably installed before use.

  4. Adjustable position for performing chin-ups: wide, narrow, and parallel grips.

SIT-UPS

INSTALLATION & WORKOUT GUIDE:

  1. Place the Door Training Bar in the doorway with curved bar handles pointing upward.
  2. The main crossbar is held evenly on the door frame at the opposite side of the door hinges.
  3. Feet go under the crossbar to gain support while working; ankles on soft foams for comfort
  4. Make sure the door training bar is reliably installed before use.

PUSH UPS & DIPS

INSTALLATION & WORKOUT GUIDE:

  1. Lay the Door Training Bar on the floor with Plastic stop rail & curved handle ends on the floor level.
  2. Make sure the door training bar is reliably installed before use.
  3. Hands-on foamed hand grip on the curved bar for push-ups & performing dips.
