Product Features

Warm Tips
- Please follow these steps to make sure the Active Stylus is allowed to work in your iPad or iPad Pro
- Go to Settings> Apple Pencil > Turn off the Apple Pencil.
- Settings> Notes> Tum off”Only Draw with Apple Pencil.
- Please turn off the Bluetooth connection before using our stylus pen if you have connected the “apple pencil”. No need to instan Bluetooth or Apps,Touch the top of the stylus pen and begin to use it.
- Please ensure the stylus is enough battery power when using. Please don’t use the pen while charging.
- All iPad I0S systems must be updated to iOS 12.2 or above.
How to Use
- Turn on/off Long Press/Touch for 2 seconds on CASE U Stylus Pen’s top, the indicator light turns blue and the pen is ready for use. It will automatically switch off after five minutes of inactivity and the indicator light is off.
- Charging
- Please use the standard USB to Type-C data cable to charge, connect one end to the pen’ s USB interface and the other to the USB interface on the tablet or computer. (FIG 1)
- Please connect one end of the data cable to the pen and the other end to the 5V DC power adapter. (FIG 2)
- The 5V mobile power supply with USB interface is directly plugged into the touch pen for charging. During the charging process, the red charging lamp will turn on. (FIG3)
- Magnetic Pencil can be magnetic stored on the iPad Pro12. 9-inch (3rd generation), iPad Pro 11-inch. Do not support wireless charging.
Replace the pen tip
Twirl the pen lip and pull out, then insert a new pen tip and twirl it
lightly. Screw-type nibs are easier to replace and don’t break easily.
