Installation

Plug in the charging dock and place the remaining wire into the trunking at the bottom of the charging dock.

Place the charging dock on a hard-level surface and against a wall.
Note: Make sure it is in an open and uncluttered area leaving at least: -1.5 meters (4.5 feet) in the front of the charging dock. -0.5 meters (1.5 feet) on both sides of the charging dock. Failure to place the remaining wire into the trunking may cause the robot to stuck while charging or cleaning. The charging indicator is always on when powered up.

Do not move the charging dock at will and avoid direct sunlight on the charging dock.
Note: When the position of the charging dock is changed, the robot may fail to locate and lose the map. The robot will rebuild the map, when working again. Rebuilding the map may result in the loss of information about the restricted area and area cleaning

Install side brushes
Install left brush (L) and right brush (R) in correspondence with the letters L and R on the bottom case by pressing a brush into each slot until it clicks. -
Power on and charge
Turn on the machine by turning the LDS knob to the left for 3 seconds, wait until the indicator light is on and then charge the robot against the charging dock.Note: If the power is not enough, please place the robot on the charging dock and robot will turn on automatically, robot will work only when the power is above 20%. The front of the robot is facing the charging dock, the distance between the front of the robot and the charging dock is about 2CM

Start cleaning
After switching on, turn the knob to the left, or use the app to start cleaning.
Note: The robot should not be used for cleaning liquids If the power is below 20%, the robot will not be able to carry out the cleaning task, please recharge the battery before the robot continue to clean. When the power is below 20% during cleaning, the robot will automatically return to the charging dock to be charged, and when the power reaches 80%, it will automatically start cleaning at the breakpoint. Before using a Robot, pick up objects like power cords to avoid dragging causing electrical power failure, damage to objects or wires
Install the mopping module
- Installation of the mopping cloth: Stick the mopping cloth flat to the bottom of the water tank. Note: Wash the mop once after each use to achieve the cleaning effect.
- Fill the tank with water open the rubber plug lid andfill it with water and fasten it
- Insert the mopping module: Push it in horizontally along the rear of the robot until it clicks.
Attach the filter cover and fasten it tightly
Press and hold the dust bin button in the middle of the tank along the rear of the robot. Push in horizontally until it is no longer possible to push in and then release the button. Press and hold the top edge of the button and lift it upwards to ensure that it is in place.
Remove the mopping module
When the robot has finished working, press the clips on both sides with both hands to move the mop backward, and clean the mop (Do not move or turn over the robot during operation)When the robot has finished its work, remove the 2-in-1 water tank and empty the water from the tank, (Do not move or turn over robot during operation)
Mopping module
- Please don’t use this function when no one at home.
- For safety, please remove the mopping module if not mopping or during recharging.
- Please use the go zones function to separate and prevent mopping on the carpeted floor.
- It is recommended that all floors are vacuumed at least three times before the first mopping session to ensure the cleaning quality.
- If adding water or cleaning the mop is needed while the robot is working, please pause the robot and follow the step 8 and step 9 (uninstall and Install the mopping module). Please do not move or turn the robot over to avoid errors in locating or losing map.
- This mop function provides basic cleaning and can not effectively remove stubborn stains, or replace human cleaning.
Turn on/off
Turn left the LDC button and hold 3 seconds wait for the indicator lights up,
and the robot is successful turn on. When the robot is in standby, turn left
the LDC button and hold 3 seconds wait for the indicator light will turn off,
and the robot is successful turn off. Note: The robot cannot be turned off
during charging
Clean/pause
Note: The robot vacuums cannot be used to clean liquids. If the power is
lower than 20%, the cleaning task cannot be performed, please recharge first.
When the power is lower than 20% during the cleaning process, the robot will
automatically return to the charging cradle. When the power reaches 80%, then
the cleaning task will start automatically. Please remove all kinds of wires
on the ground before starting cleaning(Including the power cord of the
charging cradle), and tidy wires up to avoid electrical outages and damage to
products or wires. Clean/pause After the robot is completed turn on, turn left
the LDC button or use the mobile APP.
Recharging
Automatic mode: After cleaning, the robot will automatically return to the
charging dock to recharge.
Manual mode: In the pause state, turn right the LDS button to start recharging
or use the mobile phone APP to control the robot, and the indicator light will
flash when recharging.
Note: If the robot does not find the charging dock, it will return to the
starting position. Please manually put the robot back into the charging dock
for recharging
Cleaning preferences
After startup, the robot will plan its cleaning route based on its scan of the
area. It cleans along the edges of a zone first and then moves in a bow-shaped
cleaning route to cover the internal area efficiently and thoroughly. After
cleaning, the robot will automatically return to the charging cradle to
recharge.
Note: During cleaning, do not move the robot frequently. After moving,
please put the robot near the original place,then restarting the cleaning
robot will try to relocate its own coordinates. After the relocation is
successful, it will continue cleaning according to the planned path. If the
relocating fails, the device will abandon the previous task to rebuild the map
and clean it and may fail to recharge.
Spot cleaning
When you select Spot Cleaning on the app, the robot will intensely clean a
localized area by spiraling outward about 1.5M*1.5M and then spiraling inward
to where it started.
Note: When the robot is under mopping mode, the robot cannot work on
blankets and carpets due to the carpet sensor.
Remote control (optional)
Customize area cleaning
Use the mobile app to set the size and location of the area to be cleaned. One
or more regions could be set. The robot will clean according to the set area.
No, go zones
Use the mobile app to set the no-go zones. One or more regions could be set,
and the robot will not enter the area.
Note: The robot may intrude into the no-go area due to error positioning,
abnormal sensor, etc.
The no-go area may fail due to changing the position of the charging dock or
furniture, so please do not move the robot during the cleaning.
Rebuilding the map will lose the setting of the no-go area.
Schedule
Use the mobile app to set the scheduled cleaning time. The robot will
automatically start cleaning at a specific time and return to the charging
dock.
Reset WiFi
When the router’s configuration, password or other reasons cause the mobile
phone failed to connect to the robot, please turn the LDS button to the right
and hold it for more than 5 seconds, until the voice prompts “start to connect
WiFi” and the indicator light turns purple. When the indicator flashes slowly,
it means that the reset was successful.
Do not disturb mode
During the do not disturb time period, the robot will not automatically clean
and actively play voice, you can use the mobile APP to turn on or off the do
not disturb mode.
Suction adjustment
Use the mobile app to select high, medium, and low modes. Water adjustment
Use the mobile app to turn on the water adjustment function and select high,
medium and low modes.
Maintenance
(Regular cleaning is recommended)
Main brush
- Turn the robot over unlatch the cover and remove the main brush.
- Use the supplied cleaning tool to remove any dust entangled hair.
- Re-insert the main brush and replace the brush cover.
Side brushes
- Turn the robot over and pull out the side brushes vertically
- Remove all the dust or entangled hair.
- Match the side brushes and the letters L and R on the bottom case, and press down to put them back
Note: It is recommended to replace the side brushes every 3 – 6 months to ensure the cleaning quality.

After a long period of use, remove the filter screen, filter sponge and HEPA filter

Remove the filter screen, filter sponge, HEPA filter, dust box under the tap and rinse

After cleaning, shake out the water and dry the filter and dust bin until they are thoroughly dried before re-install.

After thorough drying, install the dust bin assembly in the order of HEPA filter – sponge filter – filter screen. Clean filter parts
Note: Please rinse with water without any detergent. Do not use brushes or fingers to clean the filter. Air dry the filter for at least 24 hours to dry thoroughly. It is recommended to change the filters every 3-6 months
Mop module
- Remove water tank and mop, pour out water
- Clean and dry mop and water tank
Sensor
Wipe each sensor on the machine with a soft cloth, including:
- The sensor along the wall on the right side of the robot
- The three cliff sensors on the bottom of the robot
- The Infrared anti-collision sensors on the front of the robot
- Radar anti-collision sensor on the top of the robot
- Charging contacts at the bottom of the robot, butting charging pole piece (disconnect when cleaning)
- Charging dock signal transmitting area
Battery
The robot has a high-performance rechargeable battery pack. To maintain
battery performance, please keep the robot charged for daily use.
If not in use for a long period of time, please turn off the robot and recharge
it at least once every three months to avoid damage to the battery.
Firmware upgrade
After the new firmware is detected, follow the instructions to upgrade. It is
recommended to place the robot on the charging dock for a firmware upgrade.
Resetting the system
Please remove the dust bin and press the system reset button and the current
map will be deleted after the reset. Timing, WiFi and personalization settings
will be retained.

FAQ
Questions/Solutions
1. Cannot turn on your robot?****
– Please put the robot on the charging dock and align the charging pole piece when the battery is low. Then the robot will automatically turn on (when the battery is completely dead, it wil take a while to automatically turn on). Please use the device in an environment of 0-40 degrees Celsius (32-104 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Cannot charge your robot?****
– Please remove the robot, and check whether the indicator light of the charging dock is on, both ends of the power adapter of the charging dock are plugged in, the front of the robot is facing the charging dock, and the distance between the front of the robot and the charging dock is 2 centimeters. Please clean the charging contacts on the robot and charging dock. you can remove the side brush when the contact is poor.
3. Cannot back to the charger?****
– If the device is too far from the charging dock, please try to place the device near the charging dock.
4. Wrong working behavior?****
– Please turn off and turn on the robot.
5. Strange sounds when the machine works?****
– The main brush, side brush or wheels may be entangled with other objects. Please stop the robot and clean it up.
6. Does Cleaning ability get worse?****
– 1. The dustbin is full. Please clean the dustbin.
– 2. The filter is clogged. Please clean or replace the filter.
– 3. The brush is entangled by other objects. Please clean the brushes.
7. Cannot connect with Wifi?****
– 1. When the Wi-fi signal is not good, please make sure the robot is in a good
Wi-Fi signal coverage area.
– 2. When Wi-fi connection is abnormal, please reset Wi-Fi and download the
latest app and connect again.
– 3. The robot only supports the 2.4G frequency band. Please check if the
password is incorrect or the frequency band is correct.
8. Cannot book the cleaning schedule?****
– The scheduled cleaning function will only be activated when the remaining power of the robot is greater then 20% or greater than 30% while charging on the dock.
9. Does the robot consume power when staying on the dock?****
– The power consumption will be low when the robot is on the charging dock. It is conducive to keep the battery at the best performance.
10 . Do the robot need to be charged for 16 hours the first three times using?****
– The robot uses lithium battery and it can be charged at any time without electricity memory efffect. The machine can be used when fully charged, no need to wait.

Error 8: Bumper may be stucked, please check.| Please check whether the bumper
does not rebound.

working, all functions will stop. Please put the robot back on the ground.

Safety Instructions
Usage Restrictions

This robot is only used for floor cleaning in your home. Please do not use it outdoors ( such as on open balconies ) and non – floor area ( such as sofas, commercial or industrial environments).

Do not use it in a dangling environment without a guardrail (such as duplex floors, open balconies, and top of the furniture).

Do not use it in an environment higher than 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit), lower than 0 degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit) or with any liquid and viscous material on the ground.

Please hang up the ground cable at your home before using to avoid dragging the cable when the device is running.

Please tidy up fragile items and sundries on the ground ( such as vases, plastic bags, etc . ) to avoid damage of valuables at your home caused by the device being blocked or slightly colliding during operation.

Do not let children use the robot as a toy. Please keep an eye on your children and pets as far away as possible when the robot is working.

Do not place cleaning brushes where children can touch them.

Do not place any items on the robot, including children and pets.

Do not let human or pet hair and fingers close to the vacuum port when the device is working.

Do not use the device to clean any burning objects (such as unextinguished cigarette butts).

Do not use it for cleaning the long-haired carpets (some dark carpets may not be cleaned properly).

Do not let the robot pick up hard or sharp objects (such as decoration waste, glass, iron nails, etc.).

Do not use the laser ranging sensor protective cover and bumper as a handle to carry the machine.

Please clean or maintain the main unit and charging dock when the power is off.

Do not wipe the robot with a wet cloth or any liquid.

Please follow the instructions when using the robot. Any loss or injury caused by improper usage shall be borne by the user.

Do not use the mopping function on carpets or on the top of furniture.

Be sure to remove the water tank when charging.
Battery and charging -
Do not use any third-party batteries, charging dock or adapter.

Do not replace, disassemble, or repair the battery or charging dock without permission. Do not place the charging dock near a heat source (such as a radiator).

Do not use a damp cloth or wipe with wet hands to clean the contact springs of the charging dock.

Do not throw away the old batteries at will. They should be recycled by professional recycling agencies.

If the power cable is damaged or broken, please stop using it immediately and purchase a new one through official channels.

If you want to ship your robot, please ensure that the robot is turned off, and it is recommended to use the original box for packaging.

If the robot will not be sued for a long time, please turn it off after fully charging and store it in a cool and dry place. Also, plase charge the battery at lease once every three months to avoid excessive discharge of the battery, which may damage the battery.
