Installation Description:

The industrial ethernet switch adopts DIN card rail installation. Follow these steps for installation:

1. Incline the equipment upward, and use the snap ring at the upper end of the equipment buckle outside the DIN rail.
2. Press the device down and use the lower port of the clip to fit into the DIN rail.
3. Check whether it is stable after fastening.

Power Input:

The industrial ethernet switches are dual power backup. When both power supplies are connected, only one power supply is working. When this power supply fails, it will automatically switch to another power supply. The wiring meaning of redundant protection power supply is shown in the figure.

Note: please connect the positive and negative poles of the power supply according to the identification at the Phoenix terminal, and input the voltage according to the voltage range (generally DC12V ~ 52V),Subject to the description of the side cover), only one power supply can work normally.
The power supply shall be in accordance with the schematic diagram (only schematic diagram, excluding all power panels, and the positive and negative poles of the power panel shall prevail during wiring).

Precautions

To avoid equipment damage and personal injury caused by improper use, please follow the following precautions.

1. Keep the power off during installation to ensure that the anti-static wrist is in good contact with the skin and avoid potential hidden dangers.
2. The switch can work normally only under the correct power supply. Please confirm that the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage marked by the switch.
3. Before the switch is powered on, please make sure that the power circuit will not be overloaded, so as not to affect the normal operation of the switch or even cause unnecessary damage.
4. In order to avoid the risk of electric shock, do not open the shell when the switch is working, and do not open it by yourself even when it is not charged.
5. Before cleaning the switch, pull out the power plug of the switch. Do not wipe it with wet fabric or clean it with liquid.
6. The equipment installed in the rack is generally from bottom to top to avoid overload installation.
7. Avoid placing other heavy objects on the surface of the switch to avoid accidents.
