1. Remove the toner cartridge from the packaging and shake it horizontally
   3-5 times
   

2. Remove the black paper.
   

3. Pull out the seal.
   

4. Separate the orange protective cover from the toner cartridge.
   

5. Insert the prepared cartridge into the printer.
   

Below are a few frequently encountered error messagesand their corresponding troubleshooting steps:

Printer does not recognize the cartridge:

1. Ensure the cartridge is compatible with your printer model.
2. Turn off printer, remove and reinstall cartridge.
3. Clean cartridge and printer’ electrical contacts.
4. Turn on the printer and let it detect the cartridge automatically.
5. Restart the printer if the issue persists

Error message stating “Low Toner” or “Toner Empty”:

1. Remove cartridge, shake gently to redistribute toner.
2. Reinstall the cartridge and check if the error message disappears.
3. Check toner level and replace if low or empty to resolve the error.
4. Clean the cartridge and printer contacts to fix the issue.
5. Reset the printer to clear errors.
