Thank you for purchasing our vacuum sealing machine series products. In order to use product better and safer, please read this manual and relevant diagrams carefully before use and keep them properly for future reference.

Safety Precautions

  1. Read all instructions before using the product.
  2. This product is designed for household.
  3. This product is not suitable for people (including children) who are physically unsound, feel or mentally impaired or lack relevant experience and knowledge, unless someone responsible for their safety supervises or instructs them to use this product and ensures its safety.
  4. Always place the product on a flat, stable and heat-resistant worktable.
  5. Users are not allowed to leave when the product is powered on.
  6. After the sealing operation, please do not touch the heating wire sealing strip immediately to avoid scalding.
  7. Please unplug the power plug when not using the product.
  8. If the plug, power cord or the product is damaged, in order to avoid danger, please stop using it immediately. It must be repaired by the manufacturer or other designated maintenance department or professional personnel. The user shall not repair the product without permission.
  9. It is recommended not to use the extension line board. If necessary, ask professionals to match the extension line with various technical indicators.
  10. Please keep the product and power cord away from high temperature, high heat and humidity.
  11. Do not let the power cord hang outside the edge of the table or worktable to prevent the product from falling off.
  12. The vacuum tube inside the product cannot be cleaned, do not use food with a large amount of water or other objects that can squeeze a large amount of liquid when using the vacuum function, so as to avoid damage to the product.

Function Introduction

Product Overview

  1. Dry pumping
    Carry out automatic vacuum sealing operation for food without water.

  2. Wet pumping
    Carry out vacuum sealing operation for food with a small amount of water.

  3. Seal
    The sealing operation is carried out for the food that needs to be sealed without vacuum pumping.

  4. Spot pumping
    It belongs to manual control of air extraction. The degree of negative pressure in the vacuum bag can be controlled by pressing the length of time, and the air extraction will be stopped automatically when it is released.
    External pumping
    It is the same key as point pumping. Pull out the external pumping pipe and put it on the vacuum tank valve that needs to be vacuolized. The external pumping function can be carried out by long point pumping key.

  5. Cancel
    This key coincides with the dry pumping key. When you need to stop the operation in progress, press the cancel key to stop the work.

  • The aperture of the function interface must be red in standby mode and green in working mode. When the green aperture in work changes to red, it indicates that the work has been completed.
  • The machine will be forced to stop for 5 minutes for the self-protection of the machine after 50 times of use.

The Guidance of Using Product

  1. For the first time to use
    Remove the machine packing bag. Please read the warm instructions on the operation panel carefully, and then remove the protective film on the control panel.

  2. Specific operation

  3. Connect the power and place the machine on a flat surface.

  4. Take out a vacuum grain bag of suitable size, the width of the vacuum bag should not exceed 30cm.

  5. ut the food to be packaged into the bag, and keep the mouth of the bag at least 5cm away from the highest part of the food.

  6. ently pull the left and right ends of the bag mouth with both hands to ensure that the part to be sealed is smooth without wrinkles and moisture.

  7. Put the vacuum bag into the detachable sink, the length of the bag into the machine should not be less than 3cm (3cm is equivalent to the width of two fingers of an adult).

  8. Select the function you need, the indicator light changes from green to red, and the function button stops flashing, indicating that the work is finished, you can take out the food that has been vacuum-sealed.

  9. If the external pumping function is used, please reset and press the external pumping tube tightly to avoid air leakage and other functions can not be vacuolized sealing operation.

  10. Unplug the power cord.

Precautions for Use

  1. Vacuum grain bag should not be too full, the opening end of the bag should be set aside a proper distance, so as not to affect the vacuum sealing due to the contraction of the suction bag.
  2. Make sure that the mouth of the bag is clean and free of moisture. If there are water droplets, it may affect the sealing quality.
  3. Please make sure that the mouth of the bag is flat when sealing, because wrinkles will affect the sealing quality.
  4. After the product has been used for 50 times, the machine will be forced to stop for 5 minutes due to automatic protection, and all indicators will flash.
  5. After sealing, please do not touch the heating group directly above the interior of the detachable sink to avoid scalding. Take out the vacuum bag normally, and the detachable sink can also be taken out normally.
  6. Please ensure that there are no sharp spikes for the food requiring. vacuum pumping, so as not to puncture the vacuum bag and cause air leakage.
  7. Please freeze or refrigerate the packaged food in time. Vacuum packaging can only prolong its shelf life and cannot prevent it from deteriorating.
  8. After using the external suction tube, please reset the external suction tube tightly, otherwise it will lead to air leakage and vacuum sealing.
  9. Fresh fruits and vegetables release carbon dioxide through photosynthesis, so if such foods need to be vacuumed, Please sterilize in advance, or place in the refrigerator immediately after vacuum sealing.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Please unplug the power supply before cleaning.
  2. Do not wash the power cord and body in water
  3. Clean the machine with a wet towel or sponge instead of a hard brush, which will scratch the surface.
  4. The tray shall be removed for cleaning.

Troubleshooting

  1. Machine Not Responding

  2. Check whether the machine is powered off.

  3. Check whether the power cable is damaged.

  4. Check whether the power cable plug and socket are in good contact.

  5. Check the machine is forced standby heat dissipation for 5 minutes because current power supply has been used for 50 consecutive times. (Light flashes when forced standby)

  6. No Vacuum

  7. The vacuum bags should be textured, smooth bags are not available.

  8. Check the bag mouth is flat and placed within the specific vacuum chamber.

  9. Check the bag is broken or not, and test it with another one.

  10. Check whether the external tap at the back of the machine put in place.
    If not, there will be air leakage.

  11. Check whether the air leak caused by randomly cut of the bag mouth.

  12. Vacuum without Sealing

  13. There is a pressure sensing system in the machine. The machine shall stop working in 1 minute when the pressure inside the bag cannot reach the set negative pressure value. Please take out the removable water tank and check whether there is debris on the silicone sealing ring. After wiping, reinstall it and test with the clan one.

  14. The bag cannot be sealed if there is a hole. Blow some air into it, seal it and then squeeze it in the water. If bubbles generated, then change a new one.

  15. Short Time Leakage Phenomenon

  16. Check whether there are wrinkles, oil or something other things, which shall make poor sealing.

  17. Check whether there are sharp parts of the food puncturing the bag. Wrap the sharp parts with tissue and other articles before vacuum packaging.

  18. Some fruits and vegetables will produce gas after vacuum packaging.
    It shall exist some gas in the bag after being put for a period of time.

  19. This model is suitable for 15-25 silk thick vacuum packaging bags. Sealing effect shall be influenced by thicker bags.

  20. This model is applicable to the ambient temperature of 5-45°C and the relative humidity of 30-80% RH. If the sealing effect is not good for the first time around the subzero temperature, the normal sealing effect can be achieved for the second time.

  21. Melting at the Seal of the Bag

  22. The differences between dry vacuum and wet vacuum are the sealing time and temperature. Dry materials with dehumidification function are easy to melt at the seal of the bag. The wet vacuum function is limited to the good materials with moisture in the package.

  23. Too often use of the machine shall result to melt. It is recommended to stop for 3-5 minutes before use it again.

  24. This model is suitable for vacuum bags with a total thickness of 15-25 wires. It shall melt if the bag is too thin.
