Introduction
PLEASE READ OWNER’S MANUAL CAREFULLY PRIOR TO USE
The electric bug zapper designed to use wild light spectrums to attract flying insects, such as flies, moths and mosquitoes. The device utilize transformer to generate high voltage to charge the inner metal grid and electrocute pests when touch the inner metal grid. Faint pop, crackle or zapping sound is normal when insect is zapped.

Placement location
- Ensure place at location unable to be reached by pets, children and adults with mental impairment.
- DO NOT PLACE the device with flammable or explosive substance in the same room or area, such as grain storage area.
- Ensure place the device at location where is not close to water or high moisture
- If not hanging the device, place on a flat surface where away from other bright lights and heating/cooling vent
Use the device
- Plug the power cord into a 110v outlet when bought it from USA, 220V~240V when bought it from Europe and UK.
- Switch on the switch on the side of the device
- Make sure the ultraviolet (UVA) bulbs light up (Dark UVA bulb light might be hard to see in daylight)
Cleaning your bug zapper
- Unplug the power cord from outlet
- Leave for at least 1 minute to allow residual electricity to discharge
- Pull the collecting tray out, dump all dead bugs to trash bin and use brush to clean the tray.
- Inspect the device plastic and metal grid, use brush or compressed air to clean and blow away any stuck dead bugs or debris.
Never use running water to clean or immerse any part of the device in water
Replace the light bulbs
The light bulb life span usually about 6-12 months depends on usage. When the time comes, follow the instruction below for replacement.
- Unplug the power cord from outlet
- Wait for at least 1 minute to allow residual electricity to discharge
- Place the device on a secure flat surface
- Make sure your hands and tools are dry
- In the back of the device, unscrew 3 panel screws (marked for replace bulbs) to open the back panel.
- Gently rotate the light tube need to be replaced. When fully rotated, you will see the golden tube plug through a gap in the tube socket.
- Install new light tube in reverse sequence of step 8.
- Make sure new bulbs are secure, nothing is loose. Reattach back panel and install 3 back panel screws.

The warranty only applies to device itself, exclude light bulbs/tubes or any
user error caused issue.

Troubleshooting
Switch on but no light|
- Check if power cord plugged in
- Check if outlet plugged has electricity
- Switch to different outlet
- Replace bulbs

Switch on but only one bulb lights on|
- If it’s dark UV bulb, observe it again in dark room.
- Swap two bulbs location to see if still only one works
- Replace the bulb per instruction steps
Switch on and hear constant zapping noise or smell protein burn smell|
- Check if bug stuck in internal electric metal grid
- Clean the device per instruction steps
