Operating Instructions
- Hearing aids come with 6 pairs of silicone ear caps.
- Choose the ones that fit best. Wrong-size earmuffs may cause whistling.
- The device has a memory function. It will automatically remember the mode and volume level.
- Lift the machine out of the charging compartment, remove the insulation film, and put it into the charging compartment to activate the new machine.
- Take out the device and try on the ear, wear it with the head facing upwards, and choose the ear cap that suits you, it must be plugged tightly without air leakage, otherwise it will cause a slight whistling.
- Take out the machine from the charging compartment and wear it, it will turn on automatically in 6 seconds.
- How to apply ear dome
* Place the earmuff over the notch on the hearing aid to fit it.
2. Insert the hearing aid slowly into the ear canal until it is close to the ear canal and feels comfortable.
3. Do not cover the microphone hole with your hand while adjusting, as this may cause howling.
Hearing aid volume buttons
- Press the panel, 1~8 levels of cyclic volume with “Didi”
- Volume Adjustment: 1-7 steps “Di”.8 steps “Didi”
- Slowly push the hearing aid with the earplug into the ear hole until it is close to the ear canal and feels comfortable.

Bluetooth Pairing
Automatic pairing
- Remove the headset from the charging compartment, and double-click the volume button to open Bluetooth for search.
- Open the mobile phone’s Bluetooth search: ZR-400BT, and then click on the pairing (not paired within 1 minute, the headset Bluetooth automatically switches the hearing mode into sleep mode).
- Bluetooth working condition, the button can cycle volume adjustment, double-click to switch the Bluetooth mode to the hearing mode, and automatic pairing.
- Bluetooth mode cut listening mode double-click the volume keys, and automatically switch to listening mode.
- For the first Bluetooth connection, you need to manually connect the Bluetooth headset within 60 seconds, (over time, the default back to the listening mode).
- After a successful connection, another machine just double-clicks 2 automatically match the Bluetooth headset.
Connect Manually
- Connected.
- Indicator light: blue light blinks for 1 minute, then goes out.
- Click once to answer/end the call.
Troubleshooting
Power on/off instructions
- Powering On
- If the headset is switched off, press and hold the main button for 5 seconds to activate it.
- It will start automatically after it is picked up from the charging chamber for 8 seconds.
- Beep: Switch on4. Indicator light: Blue light on for 1 sec.
Power Off
- After the headset is switched on, press and hold it for 5 seconds to switch it off.
- The headset will turn off automatically after it is put into the charging cradle.
- There is a voice prompt to switch off the power.
- Indicator light: blue light on for 1 second.
Charge Saturation
- Place the headset on the charging stand and the digital LEDs will illuminate and indicate the battery level in the battery compartment.
- The green light on the headset will also illuminate to indicate that it is charging.
- Whenever the green light goes off, the hearing aid is fully charged.
- The LED display above the charging compartment indicates the amount of power remaining in the charging compartment.
- When charging, the number on the LED display lights up and flashes. When the display reaches 100, it means that the charger is fully charged.
- The charging unit takes 1-2 hours to charge.
- The charger can charge the hearing aid 3-4 times on a full charge.
- Suitable charger adapter: 5V1A.
- When you are not wearing the headphones, place them in the charging case to ensure timely charging The hearing aid will automatically switch off and charge.
- When the charger is dead, you must press and hold for 3 seconds to manually switch off the hearing aid, otherwise it will cause whistling.
Low Battery Alarm
- When the battery voltage is lower than 3.2V, the blue light flashes. When the voltage drops below 3.OV, the headset will turn off.
- Indicator light: blue light flashing.
- Bluetooth power indicator 10S supports power indication. Some ANDROID models support it.

Precautions, Warnings, and A Note on Advice
- Before wearing a hearing aid, you should have a professional hearing test and be under the supervision of a physician.

- Do not immerse your hearing instruments in water.
- Before swimming, remove the headset and place it in the charging case.
- After swimming or bathing, wait until the ear canal is dry before putting the hearing aid back on.
- After removing the hearing instrument at night, place the hearing instrument in the charging case to charge.
- Avoid exposure to strong light, high temperature, and high humidity.
- The outside of the hearing instrument should be kept clean.
- The dirt inside the earplugs should be cleaned frequently.
- Hearing aids should be protected from electromagnetic radiation and should not be used in high-frequency thermotherapy or radiation therapy.
- Do not use in potentially explosive atmospheres or hazardous conditions.
- Hearing aids should not be disposed of with normal municipal waste.
- Since hearing aids have built-in batteries, please use battery disposal facilities to protect the environment.
- Do not allow children to play with the product and accessories to avoid injury to children or possible damage to the device.
Product Maintenance
- Please charge the hearing aid well in advance if it is not used, so that there is enough power for use.
- Use a clean, soft cloth to clean the hearing instrument case.
- Please clean and disinfect the earplugs with pure warm water.
