PRODUCT INFORMATION

HOW TO USE THE SLICER
- Place the cheese on a hard, flat surface.
- Position the slicer on the cheese with the wire facing down.
- Put the slicer on the edge of the cheese with the roller resting on top and the wire against the side of the cheese block. Hold the block steady with your other hand.
- Hold the handle at a 45° angle and pull it along the top of the cheese. Keep the roller in contact with the top of the cheese while the wire cuts the cheese slices.
CHANGING THE SLICE THICKNESS
- Twist the roller screws at the ends of the roller slightly until it becomes loose.
- Adjust the roller to the desired thickness for your cheese slice.
- Closer to the wire for thinner slices, away from the wire for thicker slices. lighten the roller screws to secure it in place.
REPLACING THE SLICING WIRE
- Unscrew the wire screws with a small screwdriver.
- Remove the screws and put them in a secure location until step 6.
- Use a thin object such as a toothpick to push both ends of the wires out from the screw holes.
- Take the replacement wire and move the wire nuts to each of the ends of the wire.
- Insert both wire nuts into the opposite holes on the slicer, bending the wire as needed.
- Secure both wire nuts in place with the screws, tightening them in place.
