Important Tips
- To avoid overfilling, always leave at least 8cm(3.15inch) of bag material between bag contents and top of bag. This allows room for the bag material to cinch tightly against the food and prevents the bag from pulling out of the vacuum channel during the sealing process.
- The width of the bag should not exceed 30cm(11.8linch).
- Please choose the special bag with textures or folded sides for vacuum use. Common smooth flat bag is only for sealing use.
- Make sure that the opening end of the bag is dry, For moist and juicy food, please choose the “MOIST” mode, which will delay the sealing time and the effect will be much better.
- Before sealing, please clean and straighten the bag to ensure that no objects get stuck. Ensure there is no much wrinkle on the bag when vacuuming.
- Don’t put sharp objects into vacuum bags.
- Fresh fruits and vegetables are not suitable for vacuum storage at room temperature, because they have a breathing effect and release heat, which can easily expand the bag. For better effect, it is recommended that such items be packed in a preservation box and stored in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
- To ensure the sealing effect, it is recommended to freeze the liquid before vacuum.
- Perishable foods are generally frozen or refrigerated, and their shelf life can be extended after vacuum packaging, but cannot be guaranteed to be permanent.
- Many foods such as cheese and cooked food are sold in commercial bags. Even if the packaging is open, vacuum bags can be used to maintain the taste and freshness of the food.
- In order to prevent the temperature of the heating wire from becoming too high, the machine will start automatic protection and shutdown after frequent operations. The “SEAL” light will keep blinking until the temperature is suitable for working
- If no any operation, the machine will enter into sleep state in 5 minutes. At this time, the “STOP” light will keep blinking, which is a normal phenomenon. Press the stop button to restore the machine function.
