Power On: When the earbuds are in the case, open the case to power on.
Power Off/Earbuds Charging: When the case has power, put the earbuds into the case and close it, the earbuds will power off and start charging automatically.
Earbuds battery low reminder: There will be an audio prompt every 1 minute.
Case battery low reminder: The case battery display will not light up after you open/close the case.

Case charging: Use the provided Type-C cable to charge the case with a DC5V power adapter only. (Do not use a power supply higher than 5V, it may damage the product and thus can’t be charged.)
Note: Please maintain a charge at least every 3 months, if the product will not be in use for a long time, to keep the battery active and prolong its life.

Earbud Indicator

  • Waiting for pairing: Flash red and blue
  • Paired: Flash blue

MFB

  • Play/Pause music/Answer/Hang up phone calls: Touch 2 times
  • Reject phone calls: Touch and hold for about 2 seconds
  • Previous/Next Track: Touch and hold L/R earbud for about 2 seconds
  • Volume Down /Up: Touch L/R earbud 1 time
  • Activate phone voice control: Touch 3 times
  • Power on: Touch and hold for 3 seconds(When the earbuds are outside of the case, and in power off state.)
  • Power off: Touch and hold for 5 seconds(When the earbuds are outside of the case, and BT is not paired by phone.)
  • Auto Power Off: The earbuds will power off automatically if not paired in 3 minutes.
  • Clear pairing history: When the earbud is in a power-on state, touch 2 times then touch and hold for 5 seconds, the indicator will flash red and the earbuds power off, you need to put the earbuds back into the case and close it, turn off the phone Bluetooth, then open the case and phone Bluetooth to pair again.

Digital Display

  • Showcase battery level: When the case has power, open/close the case, it will display 10 seconds and then go off.
  • Show earbuds charging: The L & R bar will flash.
  • Showcase charging status: The number flash from 1 to 100
  • when charging, stay 100 after finished charging.

Type-C charging Port

  • Use a DC 5V power adapter only.
  • (Do not use a power supply higher than 5V.)

Pairing

  1. Earbuds Pairing: Open the case, the L & R earbuds will enter pairing mode and pair
  2. One earbud indicator flash blue, while another one flash red, and blue means L & R are paired.
  3. Earbuds Pair with Phone: Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone, search for “S53” and pair.
  4. The earbuds indicator flashes blue means they are paired with the phone.
  5. Auto-Pair: The earbuds will auto-pair the last paired phone when powered on next time. (Turn on the BT of your phone first, and then power on the earbuds.)
  6. Open your phone music player and hit play, now you can enjoy music wirelessly, as well as answer hands-free calls.

FAQ

The product can't pair with my phone.

Please turn off the BT of other devices, and make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode. Clear the pairing history of the earbuds and your phone. Turn off the BT then turn on, and try again.

The BT range or the sound quality is not good.

BT signal can be blocked by surrounding objects thus affecting the audio quality, if no obstacle between the product and your phone, the range, and sound quality will be better. Keep away from other BT devices, microwaves, wireless routers, and other electronics.

Why there is a delay?

There is a data transmission process from your phone to the product, so sometimes you can feel delayed. It's a common issue for all BT devices, and BT V5.3 already made it better than the old versions

Why the case can't charge the earbuds, or the earbuds won't power off after put back in case?

If the case has no power, then the above issues happen, please charge the case, and it will turn normal after the case has power. Please make sure you didn't put the right & left earbuds in the opposite place, and the magnet contacts well.If the earbuds come with a charging insulation sticker on the metal contacts, please make sure you remove them before charge

Why people can't hear me in the call?

Please make sure you wear 2 earbuds when making calls, and check if there is any dirt blocking the microphone.

Only 1 earbud pair with my phone

You need to let the L& R earbuds pair first, and then turn on phone Bluetooth to pair with the earbuds.If the L & R earbuds can't pair with each other, please do the clear pairing history operation, then try again.

The voice is low

Please make sure you have tune your phone volume to max level, and the earbuds fit well into your ear.
