User’s guidance
Thank yau for choosing the SIVGA-S02 Open Ear True Wireless Earphone! For your
better use of the product, please read the Quick Start Guide carefully before
using and store it properly.
- Wearing: Designed with ear hooks, wear light and comfortable, make wearing more comfortable.
- Sound : 14.2mm special dynamic driver of PU + titanium diaphragm with special sound-oriented design, make excellent sound performance.
- Bluetooth: VS.3 bluetooth version, fast connection, more stable transmission, and smooth call experience at all times.
- Battery life: The Earphone is equipped with a 85mAh battery, the standby time is up to 150 hours, and the continuous call is up to 10 hours.

Wearing Guide
Step one
Toke out the earphones from charging case , Adjust earphones downwards to a
proper position and push earphones into your ears. Slight adjust earphones to
fit you best.

Setup steps for first time use
- Peal off the insulating stickers on the left & right earphones.
- Put the earphones back into the charging case and fully charge them.
- Take out the earphones from the charging case and wait for 3 seconds for successful pairing
- Wear the earphones.
- Open the Bluetooth settings and select “SIVGA SO2” and connect.
Pairing & Reconnection
- When the charging case is fully charged, remove the earphones from the charging case and let the left and right earphones automatically switch into the state of mutual pairing. The white light of the main ear blinks quickly in the pairing state.
- At this time, please find the Bluetooth name “SIVGA SO2 ” in the cell phone Bluetooth list, click on the connection, the earphones will sound a “Connected” beep after a successful connection.
- SIVGA-SO2 earphones can remember the last paired device. To connect again, you need to turn on the phone’s Bluetooth, The earphones will automatically connect to the phone when taking them from the charging case. Please select “SIVGA SO2 ” again in the Bluetooth list to connect if not automatically connected.
- Single earphone use mode If you need to use the right or left earphone separately on different cell phones, the left and right earphone need to be 20 meters away from each other to search for SIVGA SO2 and connects the cell phones). When an individual uses one earphone alone, the other one – the left earphone or the right earphone, needs to be put in the charging case .
