Some Sink Models Have a Stopper Mechanism that Will Need to be Removed. In such cases – Unscrew the Retaining Nut, Pull Pivot Rod Out, and Remove the Stopper. Screw Retaining Nut back in place

Should your drain be covered with a conventional mesh strainer, remove the screw in the center of the strainer, then remove the strainer. Insert TubShroom ® and you’re ready to go.
If your bathtub comes equipped with a stopper, it can be removed before
placing your TubShroom ® in place.
