C) Small Hand Guard / Food Holder (ex: garlic)
D) Medium Hand Guard (designed to hold food in place in holder #3)
E) Large Hand Guard / Food Holder (ex: potato)
Features
Comes in variety of thicknesses: 1mm, 2mm, and 3.5mm.
Use safety lock when not in use.
Instructions

Set mandoline to desired thickness using the sliding adjustable knob.
Determine which hand guard/pusher is best for the size of the food you are slicing.
Examples:
Slicing something small like garlic would require you to put the food inside the guard holder, using the top of the guard to press down.
Slicing something larger like a potato would require the largest guard holder option. -
Place hand guard onto mandoline track.

Secure food inside guard.

As food gets sliced, you may want to add the guard topper to hold your food in place.
Cleaning
Safe to clean in dishwasher, air dry, and stack guard pieces for storage.
