Sound quality issue
This reported complaint indicates the user has connected Air LP’s RCA outputs to a phono level input – Please see the attached manual advising that users must connect to a line level input. A phono level input expects to receive a much quieter signal than a line level, when connecting a line level signal to a phono level pre-amp, this will cause distortion.
Facing issue in vinyl record
The turntable is playing records too slowly. In rare instances, the internal belt may slip off during transit and heavy movement. Users can easily resolve this problem by re-positioning the belt themselves; this is common practice for turntable users.
