Installation Instruction
Preface
Thank you for purchasing Double Fish products: this instruction is for model Volant King. T.T. tables. If this is your first time to assemble or use such products, please make sure the instruction is carefully read, which would be helpful for installation.

Assembly methods

Step 1: According to picture 1. 0pening the packing and take out the N0.6 connection bridge.

Step 2: According to picture 2.
Open the lock bolt of the undercarriage, spin 90 degree to the concaved hole and then lock it. -
Step 3: According to picture 3. Lie down the connection bridge in order to let the four wheels lied on the ground.

Step 4: According to picture 4. Connect the N0.4 table leg and the N0.6 connection bridge by N0.5 fixable screw A.

Step 5: According to picture 5. Use the same method to connect the other table leg and the connection bridge.

Step 6: According to picture 6. Connect the top of the two table legs by N0.7 connection shaft,and lock by N0. 8 M10X25 Screw bolt.

Step 7: According to picture 7. Connect the two table legs and N0.2 leg supporter individually by N0.3 Fixable screw bolt B.

Step 8: According to picture 8.Put the N0.1 table top A on the undercarriage.Connect with the 5th piece fixable screw bolts A.

Step 9: According to picture 9.
The adapter bolt B with the 3rd to the 1st piece table top A&B together. -
Step 10: According to picture 10.
When finish installing the table.please put the undercarriage of the connection bridge to the original position. -
Step 11: According to picture 11. If you want to adjust the edge’s height of the table release Fixable screw C and then spin the adjustable hand wheel at last tighten the Fixable screw C again.

Demolishing scheme

Step 1 : removal of the 3rd piece adapter bolt B， No.1 piece ball Separate countertops AB,as show in Figure 1

Step 2: dismantle ball countertops and shelves connected on the 5th of tight bolts A. The table to move from the lower frame and the ball . as shown in Figure 2

Step 3: remove the lock on the 8th member M10 X 25 bolts, then7 and then remove the cassette connected connecting the fork assembly ,as shown in Figure 3

Step 4 : Remove the No. 3 adapter bolt B to connect the pieces of the 2nd legs of the table as shown in Figure 4

Step 5: According to picture 5 Open the lock bolt of the undercarriage.spin 90 degree to the concaved hole and then lock it.

Step 6 : adapter removed with the 5th the bolts A connecting 4 pieces of legs of the table and the 6th member the connection bridge,shown in Figure 6
Completed the above steps . the table tennis table can be dismantled completed the good dismantle down the accessories please clean up for the next installation
