WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

• Please use the laundry bag
• Gently machine wash
• Wash with cold water
• Do not Iron
• Do not bleach
• Do not dry-clean
• Do not wring or twist

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Disconnect and remove the battery before washing the vest.
• Please put the power cord in the pocket and zipper it up to avoid pulling the cord during the washing process and causing poor contact.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION

1. Insert the power cable into the battery port.
2. To turn it on, press and hold the power button (located in the lower-right corner) for 3 seconds.
3. The heating zones will be activated and the temperature start with the highest heating level (the button shows red). The power button can both control temperature and heating areas, the heating is divided into three heating levels. red for high, green for medium, and blue for low.
4. To turn it off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the lights turn off.
5. There are four horizontal lights in the centre for the remaining battery power indicator.

• The heating levels can be adjusted by pressing the power button, In an ambient temperature of 25°C / 77℉, the heat is up to 60°C/140℉on high, 50°C/ 122℉ on medium, 43°C/ 110℉on low.

• Heating in seconds with a 7.4V 5000mAh certified battery.
• Operates up to 5.5-6 hours (low), 4.5 -5 hours (med), and 3.5-4 hours (high), on a single charge.

STORAGE, MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY MATTERS

1. When the battery is stored, please charge the battery to 3 bars and place it in a dry and ventilated place. Avoid contact with corrosive substances, keep away from fire and heat sources, and avoid spontaneous combustion.

2. When the battery is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it once every six months or so and replenish it for 1-2 hours.
3. It is not allowed to replace the battery without authorization, and it is strictly forbidden to dissect the battery.
4. If you find that the battery is bulging, please stop using it.

CHARGE AND DISCHARGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. The battery supports a variety of chargers, 5V2A 5V3A or fast charging chargers (using fast charging chargers can be fully charged in about 4 hours), and charging with chargers below 5V2A is prohibited.
2. Output: It is forbidden to connect and use other equipment products.
3. When the temperature is lower than minus 10°C, the battery life will be shortened; when the temperature is lower than minus 20°C, the battery may not start normally.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. When using it for the first time, it should be fully charged (2-4Hrs, all 4 lights are on and stop), and then fully discharged (adjust the clothes heating function to the middle and high level) until the battery is fully discharged and self-protection stops discharging.
2. After the battery is connected to the clothes if the heating function is not used for more than 24 hours for a long time, the battery will automatically protect and stop output, and you need to press the battery button switch lightly to restart.
3. When you do not want to use the heating function, press and hold the battery button switch for 2 seconds to turn off the output, and lightly press the battery button switch to restart.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• The heated vest is used to keep a person warm in cold environments.
• Do not use this product in any way other than that indicated for normal use.
• Do not use this vest with an infant, child, helpless person, or anyone insensitive to heat, such as a person with poor blood circulation.
• Never wear it if the inner lining is wet.
• Heating elements are not recommended for touching bare skin.
• Cut the power immediately if there is a gene occurs.
• If you notice any malfunction of this garment, stop using it immediately and contact KODOKU customer service to have it repaired.
• Never break and open batteries and chargers.
• Store only in a dry place, keep dry at all times.
• No metal parts should enter the battery section of the charger (may cause risk of short circuit).
• Do not use pins on clothing, it may damage electrical wiring.
• Maintain labels and nameplates, these carry information important, If illegible or missing, contact KODOKU customer service.
• Do not dispose of used batteries in household refuse or by burning.
• Do not store the battery with metal objects (may cause risk of short circuit).
• Only use KODOKU batteries or chargers, do not use brand batteries other than KODOKU vests.
• Battery acid can leak from damaged batteries under extreme load or temperature extremes.
• In case of eye contact rinse thoroughly for at least 10 minutes and immediately consult a doctor.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
Warrant coverage includes the following situations:

• Warranty Period: We offer a 1-year free warranty from the date of purchase. Within this period, if the product experiences any quality problems, we will offer repairs, free replacement parts, or warranty services for the entire heating vest, depending on the situation.
• Manufacturing defects: Manufacturing problems such as circuit failures, poor wiring connections, etc.
