HOW TO USE
CLEANING AND CARE
SAFETY ADVICE
Read the following instructions carefully before using the appliance for the first time.
- The blender appliance is designed for mixing food.
- The vacuum pump appliance is intended to be exclusively used with all Electrolux vacuum storage solutions and Explore 8 Vacuum blender to create an effective vacuum condition for long-lasting food storage.
- This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of expire in a way that they understand he apers invoked The pine no no te used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision. Children shall not play with the appliance.
- The appliance can only be connected to a power supply whose voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating plate.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Always place the appliance on a flat-level surface.
- Always switch off and disconnect the appliance from the mains if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, cleaning, changing accessories, or approaching parts that move during use.

- This appliance is intended for domestic use only. It must not be used for other purposes.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

- by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential-type environments;
- bed and breakfast type environments.
- With heavy load(maximum capacity), do not let the blender run for more than 2 minutes. Allow it to cool down for at least 20 minutes before continuing.
- Do not exceed the maximum filling volume as indicated on the jar.
- The main blender jar is made of borosilicate glass that can withstand even boiling water (100°C).
- Please ensure that the jar temperature is at room temperature (25°C) for at least 4 hours before pouring it with boiling water.
- Avoid using boiling water under vacuum conditions.
- Vacuum blending can’t be used for ice crush or hot liquid blending.
- If bubbles/foam expands beyond the Max 1750ml, stop the vacuum operation at once. Do not blend dry ingredients (for example pepper, beans, corn or star anise) without liquid.
- The takeaway bottle jar is not suitable for blending hot liquid (max 60°C).
- Be careful when pouring hot liquid as released steam can cause burn.
- Keep a bottle with content refrigerated until the consumption unless the food is consumed immediately.
- Keep content in the bottle for up to three days.
- Liquids are to be heated externally without the usage of the bottle. Never use the bottle with the heating appliances.
- Never operate an appliance without a lid.
- Never immerse the appliance body, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
- Do not use this application to stir paint. It may cause an explosion.
- Do not let the cord touch or hang over hot surfaces.
- Use only accessories or parts recommended for this appliance.
- The main blender and takeaway bottle cannot be used for blending or grinding hard and dry substances, except for ice cubes and frozen fruits.
- Keep hands and utensils out of the appliance during operation to avoid the risk of severe injury or damage to the appliance.
- Batteries must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped. The battery is to be disposed of safely.
- Only use the charging adapter that was provided with the product.
- Improper handling causes the risk of fire. Only charge the battery using the included charging cable.
- Do not disassemble the battery. Do not short-circuit the appliance and do not throw it into fire.
- Do not open or otherwise destroy the appliance.
- The vacuum pump appliance is charged with an electric current. There is therefore a danger of electric shock.
- It is only to be used with the power supply unit (GQ06-050050-AG) provided with the appliance.
- Make sure that the charging cable is not kinked or pinched and make sure that the charging cable and the appliance do not come in contact with sources of heat (e.g. hobs, gas flames).
- Do not carry the vacuum pump by the charging cable. Disconnect the charging cable from the appliance immediately after the charging process is complete or in the event of damage or danger.
- Unplug the vacuum pump from the charging cable prior to cleaning or maintenance.
- As long as the power adapter is plugged in, there is a voltage inside the vacuum pump, even if it is switched off.
- The battery cells within must not be dismantled, short-circuited, or placed against a metal surface.
- This vacuum pump contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
DISPOSAL
- This warranty does not cover the reduction in battery runtime due to battery age or use, as the life of the battery depends upon the nature of its use.
- This symbol on the product or on its packaging indicates that the product may not be treated as household waste.
- To recycle your product, please take it to an official collection point or to an Electrolux service center that can remove and recycle the battery and electric parts in a safe and professional way.
- Follow your country’s rules for the separate collection of electrical products and rechargeable batteries.
- Electrolux reserves the right to change products, information, and specifications without notice.
DISPOSAL FOR VACUUM PUMP BATTERY
- Open the rubber part of the vacuum pump.
- Unscrew on 2 sides.
- Pull the vacuum pump housing to take out the battery and dispose for recycling collection according to your country’s rules.
WARNING! The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery.
