Charging the R8PRO
Before using the watch for the first time, charge it for 2.5 hours.

Connecting to GloryFit App

  1. Download the GloryFit app on your mobile phone.
  2. Ensure that the GPS system on your phone is turned on.
  3. Register a GloryFit account or skip registration.
  4. Filling in your personal information will help improve the accuracy of the data.

Bluetooth Connection Steps for Android:

  1. Grant Bluetooth permission to GloryFit by clicking “Allow” to turn on Bluetooth.
  2. Keep the GPS location service on your phone always turned on.
  3. In the GloryFit app, search for “Bluetooth R8PRO” and click to connect.
  4. Once the connection is successful, you will see the Bluetooth name and other information in GloryFit.
  5. Allow R8PRO to access phone contacts.
  6. In the Bluetooth settings of your phone, you should see that R8PRO is paired.
  7. The Bluetooth icon on the watch will change to a connected state.

Bluetooth Connection Steps for iOS:

  1. Always activate the GPS location service on your phone.
  2. In the GloryFit app, go to “Device” and click “Select Device” to search or scan the QR code on the watch.
  3. Find the Bluetooth product model “R8PRO” and click to connect to the watch.
  4. When prompted to connect to Bluetooth, click “Pair” to establish a successful connection.
  5. Allow notifications from GloryFit.

Troubleshooting: Calls Not Received
If you are not receiving calls on your watch, please follow these steps:

  1. Check if your contacts are displayed on the watch.
  2. Ensure that message notifications are properly set up.
  3. Make sure GloryFit is allowed to run in the background at all times.

Setting up WhatsApp Notifications
If you want to receive WhatsApp notifications on your watch, follow these steps:

  1. Check if the message is displayed in the notification bar of your phone. The watch only shows information from the notification bar.
  2. Open the phone Settings, search for Application Management, and find WhatsApp.
  3. In WhatsApp, search for Information Notification and make sure all notification permissions are enabled.
  4. Turn off the “Hide content from notification” option.

If you want to use Bluetooth for call handling or media playback, follow these instructions:

For Media Play:
If you have connected both your earphones and smartwatch to the phone’s Bluetooth, you need to switch the play device on the lock screen of the Music Player. Look for the icon that allows you to switch devices.

Whenever you perform a new operation on “GloryFit”, it is recommended that you synchronize the data in time to make better use of the watch.

  1. Synchronization steps: On the home page of “GloryFit”, slide to the top and pull the screen down to manually synchronize all data with the watch.
  2. Note: When the watch is not connected, GloryFit displays the message “Connection attempt failed”. At that time, refresh the sync manually several times so that the connection is re-established.
