Product Usage Instructions

Charging the Product:

1. Connect the delicate charging cable to the product.
2. Plug the other end of the cable into a power source.
3. The indicator light will flash blue to indicate charging.
4. Once fully charged, all four indicator lights will remain on.

Juicer Start-Up Failure:

Blue light flashes for 5 seconds:

• Possible cause : Cup body and main body are not tightened.
• Solution : Tighten the juicer by ensuring the cup body and main body are securely connected.

Blue light flashes for 3 seconds:

• Possible cause : Battery power is too low.
• Solution : Charge the juicer using the provided charging cable.

Indicator lights flash alternately:

• Possible cause : Motor overheating.
• Solution : Wait for the motor to cool down before using the juicer again.

The indicator light is always on, but the motor does not turn:

• Possible cause : Charging is still connected.
• Solution : Disconnect the charging cable before using the juicer.

No response from the indicator light:

How long does it take to fully charge the juicer?
The charging time may vary, but it typically takes around [insert estimated time] to fully charge the juicer.

Can I use a different charging cable to charge the juicer?
No, please use the provided delicate charging cable to charge the product. Using a different cable may damage the juicer or cause charging issues.

Can I activate the warranty after the 15-day period?
Unfortunately, the warranty activation must be done within 15 days of purchase. We recommend contacting our customer support for further assistance if you missed the activation deadline.

Safety Precautions

Warning : Please stay alert on the risks of personal danger, injury and property loss.

• The product is equiped with 2 lithum batteries. In no case shall the product be disassembled without authorization, to avoid short circuit of circuit boards and batteries or other dangers;
• In no case shall the product be extruded, punctured or short-circuited, or the product be soaked in water or placed in an ambient temperture higher than 60°C;
• In no case shall any overheated food above 60°C be blended in the juicer;

Caution : any risk of personal injury or property damage.

• Any fruits or vegetables should be cut into small cubes (1cmx1cmx1cm) before being loaded into the juicer, and overloading shall be avoided in the process;
• DO NOT unscrew the cup and load your hand or other hard objects into the cup during the operation of the product, to prevent accidents;
• The product is not designed for idling. The working duration is 30 seconds, and please stop it for 8-10 seconds after 3 cycles of continous working. DO NOT blend fruit juice continuously in a superintensive manner, and wait for the motor to cool down before restart.
• In normal use, if the blade is stuck by oversized fruit, the motor will enter into a locked-rotor state, and the line protection program will be activated.
• DO NOT rinse any parts of the product in dishwasher or any other cleaning equipment;
• DO NOT clean the product using steel wire balls, abrasive cleanser or corrosive liquids;
• The product is designed for fresh fruit blending, which is notsuitable for meat, potatos, nuts and other foods;
• The product shall be stored in a place beyond reach of children. Any one with physical disability, sensory disturbance or mental disablity, or without the relevant experience and knowledge (including children) shall NOT use or play with the product.

Safety Precautions Hazard Notice

• Since the product is provided with a lithium battery, please:
  1. Store and use the product in an ambient temperture of 0-45°C;
  2. Recharge it every two months during long-term shutdown, to safeguard the battery;
  3. Control the charging environment within 45°C, and the charging speed will normally slowdown in an environment below 10°C;
  4. Recharge in time for low battery;
  5. Note that the actual available capacity of the battery will vary and decrease due to many factors.
• Any discarded product and package shall be recycled by a qualified department.

Juicer instructions

• For the first use of the product, please make sure that the battery is fully charged, and rinse thoroughly any parts in direct contact with food. Take caution when cleaning the blade;
• The product is equipped with dual security protection switch, which comes into operation only when the juicer body is fastened to the body and the power switch is double-clicked.
• Wash the fruits and cut them into 1cm1cm1cm-sized cubes, (please remove the fruits with pits, thick pericarps or hard shells)
• Load the chopped fruit into the cup, followed by adding water, milk or other liquids. The total amount of food materials and liquids shall not exceed the maximum scale of the cup (450mL).
• Mix water and fruit at a ratio of 2:1, load the main unit onto the cup and then rotate clockwise to fasten the cup to the main unit. (The blue light flickers when the cup lid is tightened, and the juicer is ready.)
  Note : there will be water leakage due to loose cup lid, so please make sure to tighten the lid.

Double-click the switch to start the juicer, and slowly turn the product upside down after the motor rotates for 5 seconds. Hold the cup lid to gently shake the product during its operation, to make the juice more delicate. (The working duration is 30 seconds, and the product will automatically stop after 30 seconds)

Note :

1. Click the switch during the working process, and the product will stop immediately;
2. If the blade is stuck during startup, set the product upright and wait until normal startup to slowly turn it upside down.
3. Then turn the lid counterclockwise to enjoy the delicious juice

Cleaning and Maintenance

Be sure to turn off the power and unplug the USB charging cable before cleaning!

1. Before cleaning the product, please make sure that the bladeis shut down;
2. DO NOT clean the product using steel wire balls, abrasive cleanser or corrosive liquids (such as gasoline or acetone);
3. Please clean the product in time after use. The main unit can be quickly rinsed with a tap. DO NOT soak it in water or other liquids, to avoid damage to product parts or short circuit of the product;
4. Rinse the inside of the cup and the blade with clear water, and wipe or dry them in time. Be careful of the blade when cleaning, and protective gloves are recommended;
5. DO NOT put the product in a high-temperature disinfection cabinet. You can choose to clean it using a brush with warm water and an appropriate amount of detergent, and then quickly rinse it  with tap water;
6. For long-term shutdown, please make sure that the product is clean. Store it in a dry and ventilated place, to prevent the electric parts from getting dampened and thus having an impact on security.
