Working Indicator
It is red when the monitor is not functioning and blue when it is functioning. -
Power Button
Short press to turn off the monitor or hold for 3 seconds to tum on the monitor. -
OSD Menu Button
Open the OSD Menu -
Up Button
Up Button when it is in OSD menu or Volume button. -
Down Button
Down button when it is in OSD menu or Brightness button. -
Return Button
Rerum button when it is in OSD menu or choose connection signal.

Connect Devices

Connect with External Power Supply
Connect the monitor to the power adapter with the USB-A(USB-C) to USB-C cable and plug in the USB-C to USB-C cable or HDMI to (Mini) HDMI cable for video and audio output. -
Connect without External Power Supply
Method 1: Works with full-function USB-C port. Please plug in the USB-C to USB-C cable to the USB-C full-featured port and make sure the USB-C port of your device is full-featured.
(USB3.1 GEN 2/Thunderbolt3 or above).
Method 2: Connect your devices to our monitor with USB-A to USB-C cable for power supply. Please make sure your devices can supply enough power(Not lower than power of adapter in package). Connect your devices to our monitor with HDMI to (Mini) HDMI cable for video and audio output at the same time.
Note : This monitor does not have a built-in battery. When connecting the monitor, please make sure there will be enough power for monitor(Not lower than power of adapter in package).
USB-C Laptop
Please Connect External Power Supply if:
- Brightness or volume is greater than 80%.
- Your laptop can’t provide enough and stable power(Not lower than power of adapter in package).
Note: Not all laptops can work with portable monitor with one USB-C cable. Please check if your laptop has full-featured USB-C port(US83.1 GEN 2/Thunderbolt3 or above).
HDMI Laptop
Note: HDMI port does not supply power transmission. Please connect the monitor to power adapter or laptop to get enough and stable power(Not lower than power of adapter in package).
Other Devices(HDMI or Full-featured USB-C)
Note: Please connect the monitor to power adapter or the device to get enough and stable power first(Not lower than power of adapter in package).
Phone(USB-C)
Please make sure the power of your mobile is more than 50% and the power
-saving mode is turned off.
It is suggested that the brightness of your monitor is less than 30% or plug
it should be plugged in to an external power adapter(Not lower than power of
adapter in package).
If the monitor is plugged in an external power adapter, the monitor can charge the phone.
Note: Only works directly with cellphone through full-function USB-C
port.
For iPhone: need a lightning to HDMI or full-featured USB-C adapter
Mode Settings
Multiple-Display Setting for Windows
- Right-click the desktop and select either Screen Resolution (Windows 7/8) or Display Settings (Windows 10). You can also use hotkey of Windows + P (Windows 7/8/10).
- Duplicate & Extend Mode Setting: Click the Multiple displays drop-down list, and then select Extend/Duplicate to project on to monitor.
Note: If you cannot see the additional monitor listed, click Detect. If does not work, please check if your laptop/PC has this function or there is a problem with the connection to monitor.
Screen Rotate Setting
- Right-click the desktop and select either Screen Resolution (Windows 7/8) or Display Settings (Windows 10).
- Click the second screen and click the orientation drop-down list. Select Landscape or portrait screen.
Note: If you cannot see the option of orientation on your laptop/PC, please check if your laptop/PC has this function or there is a problem with the connection to portable monitor.
Multiple-Display Setting for Mac
- Choose Apple menu> System Preferences, then click Displays.
- Click the Arrangement tab.
- To change the position of a display, drag it to the desired position. A red border appears around the display as it is movable.
Note: Please make sure the Mirror Displays checkbox isn’t selected for Extended Mode or is selected for Mirror Mode
Speaker Setting
- Click speaker button in the lower right corner.
- Select laptop or monitor to use to play the sound (the monitor plays the sound by default).
- For a better experience, please set the laptop to play sound or use headphones with 3.5mm headphone jack of the monitor.
OSD (On Screen Display) Menu
(Some settings may be different because of the update).
- Press the OSD menu button to turn on the OSD menu.
- Rress the up or down button to control the cursor on the menu.
- Press the OSD menu button again to confirm the cursor on the menu.
- Press the Return Button to go back to the upper page.
SETTING – OSD
BRIGHTNESS | Adjust the brightness of display. |

CONTRAST | Adjust the dierence in color and light between parts of an |
image. If the contrast is high, the screen will be sharp and sticky. The image
quality will be clear.
ECO| Adjust the applicable scene.
OCR| Select ON or OFF to enable or disable dynamic contrast ratio
function. When the dynamic contrast is ON, the brightness and contrast values
cannot be changed.
SHARPNESS| Adjust the sharpness of graphics.
Note: When the brightness is adjusted over 3, the screen may turn to black if you do not connect an external power (adaptar or USB-C from devices) supply of 20W+.
ASPECT| Adjust the proportional relationship between the width and
height of the display. Recommend to set it at WIDE.

COLOR TEMP| Adjust the screen color temperature.
RED / GREEN/BLUE| Adjust the brightness of the RGB colors.
LANGUAGE | Choose the OSD Menu interface language, default is English. |

TRANSPARENCY| Adjust the transparency of the OSD menu.
RESET | Reset all the items to factory defaults. |

HDR MODE | After open the HOR MODE, the display will show wider range of |
colors and contrast. It will be more realistic.
SIGNAL SOURCE| Choose signal sources Type C 1 or Type C 2 or HDMI.
LOW BLUE LIGHT| Reduce blue light and protect the eyes.
VOLUME| Adjust the display volume.
FREESYNC / OD| Follow the function of the graphics.

Before setting up the monitor, carefully read all the instructions
- Please use it at a working temperature of 0-50°C.
- Never expose the monitor to rain or moisture for your safety.
- Never attempt to open the monitor cabinet.
- Before using, make sure all the cables are correctly connected and power cable is not damaged. If you get the damaged monitor or cable, please contact us immediately.
- Avoid dust, humidity, and temperature extremes. Do not place in any area where it may be wet.
- Place the monitor on a stable surface.
- Never push objects or spill liquid of any kind into the slots on the monitor cabinet.

- Please check the monitor has been powered by your device. If still not, use our power adapter or other 20W+ power adapter.
- Please connect the monitor with other available devices to check if it can work.

- Press the power button. After led turns red, press it for 3s to turn on the monitor again.

- Please make sure that the monitor is connect with our power adapter (or other power supply above 20W ) or full function USS- C port of your device.
- Please hold the power button for 3s to check if the monitor is in the “ON” mode.
- Please check if the USS cable is properly connected to the monitor and the power adapter.
Shows “No Signal” “Power Saving” after a certain period of time.|
- Please check if your device work.
- Please check if the cable is loose, re-plug them and make sure they are connected correctly.
- Please replace the cable with a new one and see if the same thing happens.
- Please check that connect full featured USS-C port or connect HDMI port to get audio and video transmission.
