Recharge your portable charger
Use a DC 5V/2.0A adapter to recharge the power bank via USB C port or Micro
USB port.

Connect your device to the battery pack and it will be charged automatically. If not, press the power button to restart the battery pack.
Caution
- Keep the battery pack away from liquids or any heat source;
- Please do not dismantle the product;
- Fully charge the battery pack at least once every four months;
- Dispose of battery under local environmental terms;
- Do not charge your devices while the battery pack is being charged.

Is it possible to charge other devices whilecharging the battery pack?
No, it'll cause detrimental effects on the lifespan of the battery pack.
Can I take it with me for international travel?
Yes, it can be used internationally. Just be sure that use a compatible adapter converter with the voltage of the country you're travelling to.
Can it be taken on board airplanes?
Yes, all external batteries with capacity under 27027mAh / 100 watt hours can legally and safely be taken on board airplanes. For your reference, the capacity of this portable charger is 10000mAh / 37 watthours
How long will the battery capacity last if not used?
Generally, we recommend discharge and charge the battery pack at least once every 3 months to extend the battery lifespan.
How long does it take to fully charge it?
Usually the Type-C USB port and a standard DC 5V/2A adapter recharge the battery pack around 6 hours.
Does this support QC 3.0?
No, Power Delivery or QC 3.0 is not supported.
