Instructions for Use
Charging the Power Bank:
Use an adapter that supports Type C PD protocol for charging.
- Use a Type C to Type C charging cable to connect the Type C PD adapter to the C1 IN/OUT port of the power bank.
- Plug the adapter into an AC power source.
- The power bank will start charging, and the battery percentage on the
OLED screen will fresh. Once fully charged, the flashing will stop, and the OLED screen will display 100% battery level.
How to Use the Power Bank to Charge Your Digital Devices
A. Charging Devices with USB-A/Type-C Ports:
- Simply connect the power cable to the device’s USB-A or Type-C port charge it. There is no need to turn on the power bank.
B. Charging Devices with a DC Port:

First, identify the DC port on your device, which is usually labeled or marked with the symbol for direct current.

Find the appropriate DC plug from the packaging accessories.

Insert the DC plug into the DC port of your charging device, ensuring a secure and proper connection.

Connect the DC cable to the power bank’s DC port to your enable the functionality of the DC port. If the power bank’s control system does not detect a connected cable, the DC ports output will not be enabled.

Once the cable is connected to the DC port, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. The OLED screen will display the 9V mode and blink for 5 seconds before enabling the output. If you need to switch voltage modes, simply press the power button when the OLED screen is blinking.
( Note: A short press of the power button for 1 second or a long press of the power button for 5 seconds will turn on the power bank. A short press of the power button will enter normal charging mode, and you will need to long press the power button for an additional 3 seconds to switch to DC mode. A long press of the power button will directly enter DC mode.) -

Please note that when switching the voltage, press the power button once at the power switch location while the previous voltage is flashing to display the next voltage. Once the voltage stops flashing, it is no longer possible to switch to the next voltage.

When both Type-C1 and DC ports are connected to a charging device, the Type-C1 port will not function and the DC port will provide power to the device.

- Fully charge your power bank every 4 months to maintain the battery’s health and longevity.

1. How do I select the appropriate voltage for my laptop?
- Choose the voltage option that corresponds to the voltage and voltage range of your device. You may need to refer to your device's label and/or user manual for this information. (NOTE: Our power bank is suitable for the laptops whose charging voltage are no more than 20V) - For example: A. If you are charging your phone using this power bank, connect it to the USB-A/Type-C1/C2 output directly. B. If the voltage and voltage range fall between 9V and 12V, and you are unsure of the exact voltage of your device, it is recommended to select the 12V option. C. If the voltage and voltage range fall between 12V and 16V, and you are unsure of the exact voltage of your device, it is recommended to select the 16V option. D. If the voltage and voltage range fall between 16V and 20V, and you are unsure of the exact voltage of your device, it is recommended to use the 20V option. E. If the voltage and voltage range exceed 20V, you can t se the 20V option to charge your device. We can not make sure if the power bank can charge your device, it depends on your device. Usually, though the power bank can charge your device, your device will not be fully charged as the max charging voltage of the power bank is 20V, which is lower than your device's demands.
2. How do I determine the voltage requirements of my device?
- Refer to your device's user manual, product label, or the speci cations written on your original adapter.
3. How do I determine the correct connector for my laptop?
- We provide 10 connectors for the most common devices. Please compare the provided connectors with the size and shape of the plug on your original adapter to select the correct one. Pay attention to the voltage and battery level displayed on the OLED screen of the portable power bark when charging your laptop. If the OLED screen does NOT show’ any voltage or battery information, it means that the portable power bank is not providing power to the device.
