Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this product is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be included.
- This product is intended for walking dogs only.
- Choose a leash that fits the size of the dog.Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not allow the leash to wrap around any body part of human or animal.
- Do not let the dog chew on the leash.
- Do not attempt to open the leash casing.
- Make sure that the snap clip is attached to the ring of dog collar securely.
- Always maintain a firm grip on the handle when using the product.
- Do not walk the dog while riding bike, scooter, skateboard, etc.
- Do not let the dog run out ahead and hit the end of the leash. When the leash is fully extended, the excessive pull force could lead to neck and trachea injury to the running dog.
- Do not use the product if it is damaged or if the dog collar is damaged.
- Regularly examine the leash for wear and tear before each use. Stop using the product if the leash shows sians of fravina.
Tips
- Pay attention to the dog at all times on a walk.
- Teach the dog that being next to the dog owner is far more rewarding than wandering away.
- Teach a “Leave It” command so it can help prevent the dog from getting into garbage or other dangers.
Cleaning and Storage
- To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
- To remove stubborn stains on the leash, put it in hot water with dog shampoo. Let it soak for 10 minutes and scrub the dirt off.
- After cleaning the leash, fully extend it and press the lock button. Allow it to dry completely before pressing the unlock button to retract it.
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
- Store in a cool and dry place away from children and pets, ideally in original packaging.
