NOTICE:
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable,
local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and
operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect item and contents
carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all
packaging material until installation is complete and approved.
INSTRUCTIONS
-
Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

Remove the mounting plate (A) from the back plate (D) by loosening screws (E) .

Put the mounting plate (A) to the wall and mark the wood screw holes position with pencil.

Drill the wood screw holes on the. wall and push the anchors into the holes.

Put the mounting plate (A) to the outlet box and secure with mounting screws provided (B).

Thread the wood screws (F) through the holes of mounting plate to the anchors in the wall.

Connect ground wire from the fixture (bare copper) to ground wire from the outlet box (usually green or copper in color) with wire nut(C).
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THIS FIXTURE BE GROUNDED. -
Connect the fixture neutral wire (WHITE) to the outlet box neutral wire (usually WHITE) with wire nut(C).

Connect the hot wire (BLACK) from the fixture to the hot wire from the outlet box (usually BLACK). Fasten them together with a plastic wire connector (C) provided.
DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OR SAFETY WILL BE COMPROMISED. -
Attach the back plate (D) to the mounting plate (A) and secure with screws (E).

Installation is complete, turn on power at fuse or circuit breaker.
Care Instructions: Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.
