P1 PRO front and back panel
- ON/OFF 6.

Note: Not support headphones with microphones (TRRS port)
Operation steps
- Insert the vacuum tubes into the sockets of P1/P1 PRO. (please check if the pins of tube are deformed)
- Connect active speakers or an amplifier to its RCA output, or a headphone to its 3.5mm jack output.
- Wired input: Connect the audio source (via RCA cable) to the RCA input of P1/P1 PRO; or connect computer (via USB cable) to the PC-USB socket.
- Connect the 12V power adapter to P1/P? PRO and then plug the power cable into the socket, and press the power switch to power on, toggle the input mode switch to the corresponding input position.
- Wireless input: Please toggle the input switch to BT position (there will be blue indicator flashing). Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, search and click to connect, the blue indicator will be steady blue after successful connection.
- Play music on the audio source, adjust the treble/bass and mainvolume according to your preterences and enjoy music.
- After use, please press the power switch to power off first, and then disconnect the power adapter.
PC-USB operation instructions
- Connect the P1/P1 PRO (via original USB cable) to the computer, (USB support hof swapping)
- Toggle the input mode switch to USB mode;
- Right-click on the speaker icon on the lower right corner of computer and it will pop-up a message box, then select the [Playback Devices]
- Select the USB device recognized by computer in the pop-up box;
- Set the [Digital Hifi Audio] as default device.

Q Why are all cables connected but there is no sound?
A: 1. Check the power indicator light of P1/P1 PRO: “Tif it can light up normally, please check if the corresponding input mode is selected. “2: IF it cannot light up, please use another 12V power supply to detect whether the fault is the power supply of P1/P1 PRO. 2. If the indicator light is on but there is no sound, so the power supply is normal. Please continue to check according to the order of audio signal transmission: audio source > audio cable -- preamp/decoder » amplifier -> speaker. 3. If allis fine, please check whether the audio source is muted, paused or the volume is too small.
Q: Why is the sound distorted? How to adjust the treble, bass and main volume?
A: Maybe the input amplitude is too large. If the volume of audio source and P1/P1 PRO both are turned fo maximum, it is easy to cause distortion. Please turn down the volume of audio source or P1/P1 PRO. In general, adjust the volume of amplifier to about 60%, then fine-tune the volume of preamp (distortion will be greatly reduced in this way); the treble and bass ore usually adjusted according to the music style/device types/personal preterence.
Q: Why is there a loud current sound or buzzing sound on the speaker?
A; 1. Please use the original power supply. Many power supplies in the market have interference, which will couse current sound. 2. When using unshielded signal cable in no load, there will be interface signals. Please use the shielded signal cable or unplug It. 3. If there Is sttll noise after eliminating above situations, please confirm whether it is external noise or internal noise. Disconnect ail inputs and only retain power supply and power cable. If the noise disappears, it is trom audio input; If the noise fs siill there, It is possibly caused by power supply or the Internal of P1/P1 PRO.
Q: Can I replace the vacuum tube without tuming off he power?
A: No, because the Inside of P1/P1 PRO is working at high pressure, the vocuum tudes will be burnt out or the P1/PT PRO will be damaged It you plug tubes during Its work.
Q: Why is there o thumping sound when switching on/off?
A: Please confirm the on-off sequence is correct, normally It follows the order of signal transmission when tum on: audio source — preamp / DAC — amplifier -> speaker. (The sequence Is reversed when switching off. As the internal capacitors will be discharged for a while after shutdown. If turn off the preamp firstly and then tum off amplifier, Impact sound will be easily caused which may damage the amplifier or speaker In severe cases).
Q: How does the tube work when the supply voltage of the tube preamp is only 12V?

Q: How long Is the service life of vacuum tubes? Can replace them by myself?
A: The service life of the vacuum tubes is about 4000-4500 hours, they are hot easy to break as long as not damaged by external forces. Before teplacing, please confirm the model that can be replaced.
Q: The commonly used vacuum tubes can be replaced by what models?
A: Commonly used preamp tube can be replaced by: 6/1, 6/2, 6/3, 6/4, 6J5, 6K4, 6° 1N, 6°4N, 6°SN, 5654/5654, 5725, 6AK5, EF9S, 686, 4038, efc.
